AFTER jules left town, rue was left with a feeling of emptiness, and to fill that void, she did what she knew best; overdosed.
rue knew she shouldn't, she had been clean for so long, due to meeting jules. But with jules now doing whatever she does rue didn't care.
her sister gia found her, again.
instead of rehab, her mum took her to the hospital where she was hooked onto a load of machines, probably not cheering her up anymore, but eventually they said she was clean enough to leave.
it had now been a month since everything crashed down, and fez invited rue to a party he was going to later on that night.

AS FOR michaela, she was finally leaving boarding school and returning to the fucked up town she grew up in, as she made her way out of the airport she noticed the same old fucked up car, her bestfriend arvin owned.
blasting inappropriate music while dragging out his cigarette, he locked eyes with michaela, a grin forming on both of their faces.
"ello stranger" michaela said approaching arvin before being suffocated into a huge hug, "long time no see darling" arvin replied as he put out his cigarette, giving michaela all his attention.
"tell me about it, a whole year of boarding school full of snobs and daddy issues." michaela sighed leaning back into the front seat, "i missed you" arvin said starting up the car.
"oh that was inevitable arv, my personality really lures people in." michaela said pretending to be a snob, "shut up" arvin laughed off as the girl grabbed his free hand while the other was on the wheel.
"in all seriousness, i missed you too" she smiled at the boy as they made there way to the old hangout spot they use to spend their free time.

AS RUE made her way to the party, of god knows who, she starting to overthink, on why jules left her, she felt lost, she thought jules was her person, only to be proven wrong.
as she stepped into the house she was greeted by loud music and the strong smell of alcohol lingering on everyone's tongues.
she walked through the house making her way to the garden, laying eyes on fez she sighed sitting next to the boy.
rue and fez went through a rough patch, but they sorted out, as much to fezco's dismay, he knew rue would find a way to get her hands on drugs, so he felt a little more content knowing the amounts he gave her.
"uh, i don't want you to freak or anythin', but michaela perez is back in town today" fez said turning his head towards rue, "she's back?" rue asked in a state of shock.
Rue had a special place for michaela in her heart, she loved michaela for years, michaela introduced her to fezco and the drugs, rue fell madly for michaela, but when michaela got in trouble for drugs, she was sent away, breaking rue's heart.
rue tried to not think too much about michaela after that, the first few months were hard, but then jules moved, and rue felt complete again.
a fuzzy feeling growing into rue's stomach as the sliding doors opened revealing michaela and a boy she hated with every fibre in her body, arvin.
