Heavy boots smacked against the pavement as Unstable ran. Looking over his shoulder, he could still see the dark figure following him. Shooting two bullets behind him, Unstable watched as it dodged his attack. Feeling shocked, Unstable began to run faster and faster. Any civilian looking out their window would have only seen a blue blur. Unstable ran until he tripped over his own feet and slammed against the ground. He screeched as he slid across the cement. As the creature drew closer, Unstable reached for his gun, but it was nowhere in sight. Looking up, his eyes widened. Unstable realized that this was no creature, but a Night operative.
"Looking for this?" Otherworldly taunted, holding Unstable's gun. "DUMB NIGHT OPERATIVE!" The night operative smiled down at the injured operative, twirling the gun in his hands. "Actually, I think I might be the smarter one in this situation." Unstable tried to stand up, but Otherworldly shot at his side, only missing by an inch. "Now, you are going to be silent. If not, I'll kill you. Is that easy enough for your simple mind to handle?" Pulling a syringe out of his pocket, Otherworldly glided over to Unstable, his long hair flowing behind him. Otherworldly kicked Unstable down from his current sitting position, knocking the breath out of the blue-themed operative.
Quickly, Otherworldly covered Day operative's mouth with his hand and stabbed the syringe into Unstable's arm. His screech was muffled and the Night operative stood up. "Thank you for your cooperation. Now, you won't be remembering any of this." With a kick to the head, Unstable blacked out and Otherworldly ran away.

By morning, Unstable on the ground, surrounded by civilians. "What happened to him?" "Is he okay?" "Guys, give him some space!" The chaos was interrupted as Radiant called out, "Hello, civilians! Thank you for looking after Unstable, but you should all go to work and be where you need to be!" As the crowd cleared out, Radiant kneeled down to pick up Unstable, who grunted in pain. "Oh, Unstable! You're awake!" Unstable sat up on the concrete and looked around. "WHAT HAPPEN?" "You mean you don't remember?" Unstable shook his head and frowned as Radiant attempted to help him up. "I'm sure you'll remember! Let's get you off the ground, though."
Unstable took his friend's hand and they began to walk towards Benevolent's hospital. "WHY GO THIS WAY?" Unstable looked at Radiant, who smiled down at him. "You should get a checkup to make sure you're alright!" They opened the doors and were immediately greeted by Benevolent, "Hello, Radiant! Hello, Unstable! What brings you here?" Radiant quickly explained the situation and Benevolent happily took Unstable to his office to get checked up. About 20 minutes later, Unstable came sprinting out of the room, shortly followed by Benevolent. "I ALL GOOD! I ALL GOOD! I HAVE HURT BUT BENEVOLENT FIX!" Unstable held out his arms, which were now bandaged. "Oh how radiant! Let's go now! Bye, Benevolent!" The two left the hospital as Benevolent waved goodbye.

The next day, all twelve operatives sat around a table, awaiting the arrival of their Supreme Leader. Unpredictable approached Unstable with a friendly smile on his face. "Hey, I heard what happened from Radiant. Are you alright?" Unstable glared up at him and retorted, "LEAVE ME ALONE TANGERINE MAN." Unpredictable huffed, "I try to be nice to you, but you're just a brat!" Unstable lunged at Unpredictable and managed to gauge out a piece of his nose, but Emotionless got up and prevented any more damage from being done. Unpredictable held his nose, which was now bleeding, and scowled at Unstable before returning to his seat.
The meeting began once the Supreme Leader arrived. The first subject discussed was Unstable as they tried to interrogate him. Hardly anything was discovered apart from the fact that Unstable was attacked by a Night operative. "OH, OH! I REMEMBER! I ATTACK BY NIGHT BUT I SHOOT AND HE GO AWAY!" Since nothing else was considered realistic, they settled on that explanation. The meeting ended with talk of patrols, then all were free to go. Dynamic talked with Unpredictable about the sections of the city they had to patrol. However, someone listened from around the corner.
