You grinned at him, watching as his hair swayed gently in the breeze. You wished your time together would last longer as you got closer and closer to your door.
"Do you want to come in this time?" You voice came out in a whisper, so quiet it took you a moment to realize you actually said it. You watched Jae's eyes widen in surprise when he turned to look at you.
"Sure." The answer was so short and simple yet it set your heart on fire. Butterflies filled your stomach as you pushed the door open and stepped inside. Jae hesitated for a moment before following you in.
"Thank you for the date today-" you started, gasping in surprise when Jae surged forward to press a soft kiss to your lips.
"I know this is sudden and we've barely been dating but I love you." This time it was your turn for your eyes to widen in shock. You grinned at the fluffy haired boy in front of you.
"We're reading the same book, but I think you're just a few chapters ahead, love." He blushed, lips parting for a moment before you spoke again. "We'll get there, just wait." His smile seemed to light up the room at your words.
"Does that mean I can kiss you again?" You laughed quietly as you leaned into his chest.
"Yes, you dork." He could barely keep the smile from his lips as he closed the gap between you.
