~A week later~

It had been a very long week since that drunk call to Harry. Over this week I've learned a lot about him. He has a older sister, he's a big mamas boy, he thinks he can make homemade Mac and cheese but in reality he can't. All in all he's a really nice guy

"Jade are you even listen?" my moms voice rang through breaking my train of thought.

"Mmm what? ya! You were talking about that show" I mumbled tapping my fingers on the table.

"What on your mind? Is it that boy?" I swear this is what my mom lives for.

"What boy?"

"That boy you were with the other night. I called and Ava said you were out with a boy, so what's his name?" She asked setting a blow a soup in front of me.

"His name is Harry, and before you ask nothing is going on between us" I sighed. I love my mom but I don't wanna talk about my sex life with her.

"Ok, ok, but you know I met your dad in Collage, best time of our life's"

"Better than when you had me and Tom?" I asked just as my brother walked through the door.

"Is that my baby sis I hear?" Tom yelled running in to the kitchen pretty my knocking me off my chair. Tom has always been there for me, we were best friends growing up, but we kinda drifted apart when he when off the collage 3 years ago.

"How have you been?" I asked giving him a big hug.

"Good. Been working hard, what about you, hows school?" He asked poring some soup into a blow
for him self.

"Hard" I huffed

"Ask her about her boy friend" my mom sang with a smirk

"Her what?" He asked with eyebrows raised

"Don't listen to her. I don't have a boy friend"

"Better not"

"Why not, you started dating Lilly, at my age" I said referring to his now wife.

"Ya but you're not me, now are" He smirked, as much as I love my brother punching him in the face sounds really nice right now. Just to make everything better Harry decide to call.

"Hello?"

"Hey! what are you up to?"

"Is that him?" my mom asked leaning her ear against my phone

"Mom please." I said moving my head, only to have her lean in more "nothing just spending the weekend with my family."

"Oh I was gonna see if you wanted to hang out, but I'm sure you wanna spend time with your family." His accent seemed thicker, it made me smile

"Well we can-" I didn't even have time to react before Tom grabbed my phone

"Hey this is Tom, Jade older brother. We're all going out for Chinese food tonight, you're welcome to join us"

"Actually that sound fun." Harry said even though I couldn't see him I could pretty much hear him smirking from here.

"Ok Jade will text you the details" Tom said hanging up and handing me back my phone.

"Why would you do that?!" I yelled not even trying to hide that fact that I was pissed.

"If he's not your boyfriend why does it matter?" he smirked

"I hate you so much sometimes" I mumbled walking away from him before I freak out.

We ended leaving around 5 for dinner. Even though Harry isn't my boyfriend I was worried about how my dad and brother will react when they meet him because he's so much older.

"So what time is Jarry, Larry, or whatever his name gonna get here?" Tom asked looking over the menu

"It's Harry, and you know it" I said glaring at him, I could feel the heat in my face rise.

"Ya when is he getting here?" my mom asked before Tom could say anything else.

"I don't know any moment, but before he gets here there something I need to tell you." but before I could even finish Harry walked through the door, and by the look on my brothers face this was gonna be a interesting dinner.
