Everybody goes along with it as if it's totally normal to bring outsiders to the camp, which we later learn is not so

Everybody is against it, the kit barely gets in, and it is hated by the Clan
So why didn't they give Cloudkit a warm welcome like they did with Rusty?
Is Cloudtail not SPESHUL enough? Can only Firestar do it because he's so SPESHUL?
Or did they decide that bringing Fireheart to ThunderClan was a bad mistake and they swore not to make that mistake again?
Because if I were them, it would be the latter
