S1 Ep1

The next day in gym Yuma sat on the sidelines by himself when Tori went over to him excitedly. "You gonna try and leap those twenty blocks again?" Tori asks Yuma as he looks down at his broken key. "Not today." Yuma says holding the key to his chest. Then later on when everyone was swimming one of Yuma's classmates called out to him. "Yuma, wanna try that underwater lap again?" Yuma put his arm up signalling no.

 "Not really." As Tori went to the surface of the swimming pool she splashed Yuma with water and he cringed backwards. "Hey, what's wrong with you today?" The girl smiled brightly hoping it would make Yuma smile but it did not. "I don't know Tori I guess that I'm just not feeling the flow ever since Shark broke my key thing's just haven't been the same." 

Lulu noticing how sad Yuma was slipped out of their gym class determined to find the other half of the Emperors key. "Yeah." Later on Tori and Yuma are walking home together by the lake with the sun setting on it everything was tranquil and quiet. "Yuma!" Yuma and Tori turn around to see Lulu running and the sun's light reflects off of her bracelet as she throws the missing half of the Emperors key to Yuma. "See you tomorrow Yuma! I've gotta get home!" Lulu waves to him and Tori before turning heel and running off.

"I can't believe it. You actually showed. Hope you said your goodbyes cause all your cards are about to be mine." "Sorry, but the only thing your gonna be getting  is a good old fashioned butt kicking!" "And why's that?" Shark asks. "Cause I'm feeling the flow!" Yuma throws his duel disk up in the air as to which it lands on his arm. "Duel disk, go!" Then Yuma puts his duel gazer on and smiles as the augmented reality system appears around him. "Duel interface set." 

"Let's duel!"

"Get set to get decked. I summon Zubaba Knight. You're going down Shark! Of course, since I went first... I'm not allowed to attack this turn so go ahead, your move." Lulu watched on in horror at how Shark looked to Yuma and closed her eyes. 

"Got that right and with it, I intend to crown that knight. It's my draw! I summon fourth Big Jaws!" "Man, 1800 attack points." "That's right and since Zubaba Knight has just 1600 you're in deep water. After all, when two monster's fight the one with the least attack points is destroyed and it's owner takes the difference as damage." Shay, Tori, Yuto, and Lulu all look on Yuma's duel. "Aw great, so that means I'm losing 200 life points!" 

"Next time play your weak monster in defense mode. Although, it wouldn't have really mattered this time cause of this." Shark shows Yuma one of his spell cards. "The spell card Aqua Jet. Now until the end of this turn. My Big Jaws gains 1000 attack points. There it is. Now Big Jaws it's... feeding time. Attack." Big Jaws dived into the ground from the sky and attacked Zubaba Knight from underneath the ground making it shake now Yuma's life points go down to 2800.

"Next, I'll play a facedown card and end my turn." "Nuts... We just started and I've lost a lot of life points. I gotta even the score. I summon out Gagaga Magician." "You're summoning him in attack mode? With just 1500 attack points? You just don't listen do ya?" 

Shark now starts to laugh. "Oh I sure do. That's why I'm equipping Gagaga with this Wonder Wand! Now my magician gains 500 attack points! You said play weak monsters in defense mode well, he's no weak monster." "Come on Yuma, I know you can do this." Tori says and Yuma nods to Tori. "Now go mighty magician! Reel in that fish!" "How about you try and get real? I play my facedown!" "Your facedown?" Yuma says. 

"Yuma he put one down at the end of his turn!" "That's right Zeus' Breath! And I have a feeling it's going to stink for you! Because thanks to this trap I can put a stop to your monster's attack! And there's more if I have a water monster on my field you also take 800 points of damage. And there is a Water monster on my field... So prepare to be soaked. With a serious splash of damage!" Yuma is hit back hard by the torrential wave generated and his life points drop down to 2000. 

"Oh boy. Wait, I got it! Yeah!" Yuma leaps up from the ground. "If you can play trap cards so can I! So that's what I'll do!" "Yuma you can play two types of facedowns spells and traps! Never say which it is! Get it together!" Tori says shaking her head out of embarrassment. "Trap card, huh? Big deal. It's my draw! And first, I summon Skull Kraken!" 

There is a loud explosion as it emerges from the ground. "600 attack points? All right, no problem Gagaga Magician is still the strongest monster on the field." "Not for long he's not I activate Skull Kraken's special ability! With it I can destroy one face up spell or trap card on your field, such as that Wonder Wand, for example." 

The wand looks like it is slightly glitching before it disappears. "Oh no!" "Oh yes, now Gagaga Magician is back at the bottom of the food chain. You fool! Did you really think you could beat me? The best of the best, and win Lulu's deck back?"

I kinda did but I guess I was wrong I thought I was feeling the flow but maybe not Yuma thinks to himself, and Lulu looks down to the ground not wanting to see when Shark Xyz summoned and took Yuma's deck. "Face it, Yuma. I stomped your key to pieces and now I'm going to stomp you! That's right, Yuma. This duel is over, and when I win your deck. I'm gonna trash it like I trashed your key. Then maybe you'll learn your lesson, don't pick fights you can't win!"  

"That's where you're wrong Shark! I'll never learn that lesson! No matter how many times I fall! No matter how many times I get laughed at! I'll keep trying to high-five the sky! Cause when your feeling the flow there's no coming back! And speaking of feeling the flow I so am!"

 Then when Yuma draws a card his golden key starts to glow and so does the other piece back on his chest in his room. He ends up in front of the door he has been seeing for years now, then Yuma watched as his broken key came together again in his hand. 

"My key. Whoa it's my dream." "This is no dream, have you the courage to unlock this power? It is time to decide, Yuma. What will it be?" Yuma holding his key in his hand runs towards the door and thrusts his key into the hole. A blue light starts to emit from it and the heavy chains which once kept the door safely closed fell off. There was an array of colors then Yuma saw what he thinks was a boy and now he is surrounded by a ball of cards.

"What was that, and what's all of this?" The cards glowed before all dispersing and Yuma's eyes opened. "Whoa, that was weird.Hey, my key. It's totally fixed." Now Yuma looks towards Shark to see he has a purple aura around him and he has a devious smirk on his face Lulu's hands go to her heart, and her eyes wide with fear along with Tori. 

"Yes, and you are in a fix! Ahhh!" "Shark!" Lulu goes to run to the boy but Shay wraps his arms around his sisters waist to keep her from Shark. Now Shark hears his Number card's voice. "Yes, Shark. Let the Number take hold. Ahh! I overlay Level 3 Big Jaws and Kraken!" The beams of energy shoot up into the sky before diving into the galaxy- styled portal.

 "Now I can build the Overlay Network! Now, Number 17, Leviathan Dragon! Be born!" Shark's Number Card emerges. "Now by removing one of my Overlay Units like my Skull Kraken so I can power up Leviathan Dragon by 500 attack points! Leviathan Dragon attack with Shock Stream Blast!" His monster's attack destroys Gagaga Magician and Yuma's life points go down to 1000 life points. "Shark! You've gotta snap out of it!" Lulu calls but Shark doesn't even glimpse at the girl.

"This duel's just about done, one more attack and you're through!" "Umm Shay?" Lulu's bracelet started to pulsate blue and Shay let go of Lulu looking down to her bracelet. "Rise, rise up." Yuma and Lulu both looks toward the mysterious figure. "Huh?" Lulu says to herself as she looks into his eyes. "Who.... Who are you?" Yuma asks.
