"Hey! If this is reaching Earth, I want you all to know, we're gonna be fine! I'm safe, Keith is safe, Hunk's safe, Pidge's safe, Shiro's alive and safe, and we've met some..really nice aliens..Mom I-I did it! I made it! I know you didn't want me here- but I am! I fly Blue! She- She likes me!" Lance was crying a bit, wiping his tears before continuing.
"I...I met the Holt's! They're really nice. You guys know Galra, right? Well, there are some nice ones too, they're called the Blade of Marmora! Kolivan is their leader, I won't say it to his face, but I really look up to him.." Lance's family was crying, his mom was sobbing, proud of her son.
"I met...a really nice guy while up here too..well I thought he was good anyway...he betrayed us soon after I realized my feelings for him.." Lance's face was hidden but his family knew he was crying. "But it's fine..I guess.."
The team was listening from behind the door, they knew he was crying too.
"I guess..I guess I was just..stupid enough to fall for him..He loves the princess.." Lance choked back a sob. "And..I'm supposed to love her..but..I love him. Enough to..let him be happy..That's the best I can do for him."
Lotor had hacked into the footage and was hearing this. Seeing who was saying it. He was shocked, as was his team.
"Anyways. The princess and Coran are nice to I guess. The princess is a little rude, but what can you expect? The last people she trusted hurt her.. Coran is really nice though! He treats me like dad used to! He..reminds me so much of him.."
'Why does he sound so sad when talking about his dad..?' Keith thought.
"Coran..means so much to me..he's like the dad I never got to have! I know he was there whem I was younger..er..but I haven't seen him in so long. I've forgotten his name..how he used to sound like..but Coran makes me remember how important he was to me."
"Oh my god.." Pidge said quietly, covering their mouth with their hand.
"Allura, the princess, she's...strict, like Iverson, but..a lot nicer to the others. She's a good person. Her and Coran..kinda like the future I guess..I guess I just want them to get to experience peace.."
'That's sweet of him..' thought Shiro. 'Wonder what he thinks of me..'
"Shiro..we came up here, him being my hero..if...when ee return he won't be my hero anymore.."
'What..?' Thought Hunk.
"We'll return him being..like a older brother. Acts like they hate yiu, but would hate themselves even more if you git hurt more than them.."
"Shiro..be honored. It took him 3 years to call me a best friend, it took you 1 year to be called a brother" Hunk said to Shiro, his voice quiet.
Shiro nodded in understanding.
"I miss my family, my...friends..when we return I'm heading straight for you guys. I miss you so much! I miss all of you so much! I better hurry up and give the others their chance to talk to you all and introduce themselves so I'll end it after this."
The team and Lotor listened closely
"Thank you Iverson, Thank you to my bullies, Thank you to my harassers, my @bu$3r$, my disbelievers. You all made me stronger. I respect and hope you all are doing better realizing you helped someone achieve their dream. With that, I say goodbye to past. And say hello to future. This is Lance McClain, signing off."
"He was…" Lotor spoke
"@bu$3d!?" The team and Lotor yelled/whisper yelled in shock.
