"How is she?"

"Fine, her blood sugar was just low. I need you to make sure she eats from now on."

There was footsteps on the wooden floor.

They sighed.

More footsteps met Phoebes ears, then a door closed.

A sigh arose once again from whoever was next to her.

She opened her eyes to see Ray sitting at her side, crouched over with his hands covering his face. She looked around the room to see that she was in the infirmary.

"Ray?" She called quietly.

He looked to her with cool eyes. "Hey."

"What happened?" Phoebe sighed and covered her eyes with her hands.

"Low blood sugar, you passed out." He leaned against the bed.

"Oh." She responded nonchalantly.

"What do you mean "Oh"? When's the last time you ate something?" Ray sat up and glared at her.

She uncovered her eyes and glanced at Ray, "uhh...yesterday? No...the day before yesterday I had half of an apple...I think that was-"

"That's enough. Since you don't want to take care of yourself, I have to."

"What does that mean?" She sat up and immediately regretted it, her head started pounding. She winced at the pain and put a hand to her head.

Ray got up and made her lay back down.

"It means that mom told me to make sure that you're eating and taking your supplement for your anemia. So now I have to babysit you because you don't want to feed yourself or take your medication..." He crossed his arms and sat back down with a bland look on his face.

"Trust me, if you saw what I've been seeing, you wouldn't have an appetite either. And I forget to take my medicine in the morning." She frowned.

"Maybe I'd be able to help you if you told me what you're seeing." He pressed and they locked eyes.

She turned her head away from Ray and sighed.

"...I know you're trying to help, I just don't want to lean on you about it. I don't want you to get stressed out because of me. What happened today was just an episode of bad flashbacks that I couldn't get out of, I didn't pass out because of what I saw. I just forgot to take my pill this morning." She explained, looking back to Ray with a smile,

He sighed and flicked out his watch to check the time. Then he got up and started walking towards the door.

"There's pain meds and your supplement on the side table." He turned to her then went to leave.

"Where are you going?" She asked, she felt her headache slowly start to fade.

"It's Conny's last night, I'm going to say goodbye." He shoved his watch in his pocket and opened the door.

Her eyes went wide and she threw her covers off and got up, Ray looked at her with a surprised expression on his face.

She hopped out of bed but fell to her knees, her whole body felt weak.

"Idiot." Ray glared at her and went to help her up.

She grumbled something he couldn't hear and grabbed her meds off of the table, shoving them in her mouth and swallowing.

"Uh...there's water there too." He glanced at her with a weird look on his face.

She picked up the cup and gulped the water down in one go.
