The trio dashed through the night, running towards the gate to give little bunny back to Conny.

Phoebes dirty blonde hair looked almost snow white in the harsh moon light.

They all came to a stop at the side of the gate.

"Never go near the gate or the fence..." Emma mumbled.

"Yeah I know, we'll all get in trouble later." Norman smiled.

They all peered in, it was a tunnel with multiple doors on each side of it. There was a dark truck with a dark red curtain covering the back of it.

"Conny...?" Emma shouted quietly, hugging little bunny tightly.

Norman walked in slowly, Emma and Phoebe followed close behind. Phoebe held in her excitement when she saw the vehicle.

A dripping sound echoed through the tunnel as well as their footsteps against the smooth pavement, except for the hole that was filled with water.

There was a truck, they all walked to the side of it and stared at it in awe.

"Is that the truck that's gonna take Conny to her new home? I've never seen a vehicle in real life." Emma said, walking away from the truck and going towards the dripping sound while Norman examined the vehicle.

Phoebe stared at the vehicle in disbelief.

"I've always wanted to see a vehicle...I'd kill to pop the hood and take a look at the parts. My dad never let me see cars or anything but I've read tons of books about them." She laughed and started looking around it.

"Your smile can always brighten even the darkest of rooms." Emma chimed with a smile, hugging little bunny close.

Norman smiled to Emma. She always knew how to keep the mood light.

Phoebe smiled back at her and continued looking around the truck once again.

Emma looked down to see a puddle overflowing with water, then she looked up.

The water was coming from a pipe, and gears were covering all of the ceiling.

Norman looked in the drivers side window then hopped down.

Emma started walking towards the back of the truck.

"No ones here" Norman shrugged.

"Maybe she'll find it if we leave it in here." Emma kept her voice down while pointing to the back of the truck. She proceeded to walk in the direction she was pointing.

"Yeah, maybe." Norman added with a smile.

Phoebe was looking all around the truck, she looked under it too, she was on the right side of it when she saw what looked like...a red petal on the ground next to the truck. The same red petal she saw in the vision with the...wait.

Her eyes widened and she backed away from the truck, "Guys we need to go, now-" then something hit the ground.

She looked to Emma, she dropped little bunny and she was stumbling back away from the truck with a petrified look on her face.

"G-Guys" she stuttered.

Phoebe and Norman both walked around each side of the truck, confused.

They nodded at each other and started walking to see what it was.

They both peeked in and Phoebe felt her eyes start to water, she slapped a hand over to mouth to keep the sob from coming out. Norman gasped.

Phoebe was in shock. She didn't notice there were tears pouring down her face until she felt her warm salty tears on her hand that was still over her mouth.

There she was...Conny. She was laying on her back, with a red flower sticking out of her chest. Her naturally pale skin was grey and her body was surrounded by water. Her normally bright blue eyes were faded, clothes covered in blood, she looked...terrified.

"Is someone there?" A voice snapped them all out of their thoughts.

"Hey did you hear voices just now?" Then a door started to creek open. Emma and Norman both quietly gasped, Emma grabbed little bunny and quickly followed Norman behind the truck.

"It's your imagination." The voice replied.

Phoebe was still out in the open, she couldn't move. Emma and Norman both grabbed her and pulled her behind the truck just in time for the door to completely open.

They all were breathing heavily, then they saw another door on the same side as them so Emma and Norman nodded to each other to go under the truck. Phoebe was shaking and had already slid down the truck with her hand still covering her mouth.

Emma knelt down and grabbed Phoebe by the shoulders, gently shaking her, she gestured with her eyes that they were going under the truck.

Phoebe blinked and nodded to Emma.

They all crawled under the truck quietly.

"If there were a stray cat I would've caught it for dinner." The voice remarked.

"You eat those disgusting things?" The second voice growled in disgust.

Two shadows moved across the floor, Emma and Norman scooted up to get a view of who these people were. Phoebe was squeezing little bunny.

Emma's face dropped, she covered her mouth with her hand.

Normans nose scrunched up and his eyes widened.

Emma frantically tapped Phoebes shoulder, Phoebe looked to Emma and Emma pointed for her to look.

Phoebe quietly scooted up and peeked out. Her mouth dropped and her eyes went large.

They both looked like monsters described in horror stories...

One of them cackled and picked Conny up with no care, he picked her up with long nails and a gigantic hand.

His tongue went in Connys direction, "It looks so delicious, human flesh is definitely the tastiest." The monster exclaimed.

The monster walked in front of the three of them and set down a huge container with bright blue liquid in it, then it dropped Conny in the container.

"Damn, I wish I could have just a fingertip"

Hearing how they were talking about Conny made Phoebes blood boil.

"Don't joke, it's valuable merchandise definitely not something we are meant to enjoy.  The human flesh from this farm is the highest quality only the rich can afford it." it concluded.

Emma looked at her hand and looked to Norman, "where's mom?" She squeaked.

Norman immediately shooshed her.

"How's the gupna?" Another voice joined.

"Its mostly done sir." One voice answered.

"Another six year old...we've only been shipping out average ones lately. But we'll be harvesting some of the high grade stocks soon enough, right Isabella?" The voice asked.

At the sound of moms name, Emma and Norman felt their hearts drop.

"Yes." Isabella responded.

"These three...wait...why does 64194 not have full marks?" He growled.

"She's been having trouble focusing and sleeping lately. I'll make sure her scores go back up to normal."

He grunted "If her scores don't get back to normal, we'll rid of her first. But for now, make sure they are prepared for plucking."

"Yes sir I understand. Is she still considered high grade merchandise? I believe her scores have dropped because of sleep complication." Isabella had a deadpan look on her face, she had no emotion. But how?

"Yes she's still high grade- Hold on...I smell something."
