"W-what? Y-you're joking! Come on! How can you say you don't need me?! I was helpful to you right?! You were using me! So you could stay in the shadows and control them indirectly!" Ray yelled.

"Precisely." Mom smiled.

"I was doing a good job. To you I'm..."

"Yes. You were quite the useful dog. That's why I kept you by my side." Mom bent down to Rays level, "despite the fact that you're a liar and a traitor." She smiled once again.

Phoebe gasped.

"I could still be of use to you though! It's a none issue!" Rays words seemed to get caught in his throat and he started coughed.

"Yes. It's true there's no fault with you. I know that it's unfair. It affects me as well, initially I had planned to keep you around until the very end of all this." Mom spoke.

"That doesn't-"

"But unfortunately, the situation has changed. I'll be controlling them on my own from now on." Mom smirked and pulled out her tracker.

"I'm sorry Ray. I hope you'll forgive me for what I'm about to do." Mom apologized with no emotion.

Ray grunted and hugged Mom.

Mom grabbed Ray by the collar and threw him back, he landed on the ground.

Then Mom peeked her head out the door and looked in the other room, where Phoebe was. Then she grabbed Phoebe and carelessly threw her as well.

Phoebe squeaked when mom threw her too, she landed on Ray with an oof. Then Mom closed the door and locked it.

"Ow. She had to throw me?" Phoebe got off of Ray and rubbed her head.

Ray got up and helped Phoebe up.

"Mom!" Ray exclaimed, then started trying to break the door down.

"You two just stay in there for awhile. I'll be sure to let you out when I'm back. Now then, based on the speed of the two signals it must be Emma and Norman. So they're running through the forest heading for the fence. I assume to inspect it. By the way I'm not the least bit worried about the poison. I know that you'll protect me. For their sake you won't get me killed. Isn't that right? That's why when you try to suppress me I know you'll use a different method. Goodbye Ray, thank you for all you have done for me. And goodbye Phoebe, take care of Ray."

"Damnit! No! We've got to get out of here!" Ray yelled and started ruffling his hair.

"I can't believe this! Phoebe help me out!" Ray shouted.

Phoebe nodded her head and they both started trying to push the door down.

Phoebe winced as her shoulder hit the door for the seventh time.

"You okay?" Ray asked, out of breath.

"I'm fine, worry about it later. We need to get the hell out of here." Phoebe had a determined look on her face.

"Ray, Phoebe is that you?!"

"Yeah it's us!" Ray yelled.

"Stand back!"

Ray put his ear to the door and grabbed Phoebe away from the door just in time for Don to push the entire door down.
