Hindi ko napansin na gising na pala ito. Nagsulat ako sa notepad na hawak ko

'Anong ginagawa mo dito?'

Kinuha nito ang phone niya at nagtipa dito, 'SLEEPING.'

Napakamot nalang ako sa ulo, oo nga, tama nga naman siya napangiti nalang ako dito ng alanganin

Napatingin naman ito sa relo niya, saka tumayo hindi na ito nagpaalam ng umalis

His pov.

Ang sakit ng ulo ko, this is not the first time that I have an hangover ,but it's still aches like the first time

I can still remember how that woman drugged me last night, shit! Hindi ako nananakit ng babae, just don't let me see her again or else baka makalimutan kong babae siya

Buti nalang din talaga kahit wala na ako gaano sa katinuan I'd still manage to drive my car away from that place

Yun nga lang dun ako napadpad ,and worse may nakakita pa sa'kin na natutulog dun

I took medicine for my hangover enough to ease the pain, however, I don't know what happened to that man last night

Surely, he ends up doing his monkey business again. That's how a Kierr Sebastian do his ways

I was planning not to go to the company today but, plans changed dad's secretary told me that I had to attend this urgent meeting

I already red all the important files and documents related to the meeting, all the necessary points that I need to take up to make sure that everything will ends up well

"Nice to meet you Mr. Tavera" bati nito pagdating ko

"Have a seat" sabi nito

"How is he?" I knew him, I already seen him before. A business partner again, I guess

"Dad is doing fine, his doctor advised him to take a rest for a while"

"That's good, maybe I'll visit him one of these days"

"Your father and I was already good friends since then, that's why we're planning to expand both of the company"

"So?"

"Impatient, like your dad" nakangising sabi nito

"We're planning for you and my daughter's engagement"

The first time I saw this man, I can definitely say I don't like him at ngayon mas napatunayan kong dapat ko nga siyang ayawan

"Mukhang nagulat ka yata dahil sa sinabi ko" nakangiting sabi nito sa'kin na parang isang madaling bagay lang ang sinabi nito

Napabuntong hininga ako bago ngumiti dito, I don't want to offend anyone but I think I need to do it this time

"There's no engagement happening" nakangiti kong sabi dito

Nakita ko naman ang pagkunot ng noo nito at paghigpit ng hawak nito sa inuupuan niya, the smile flastered on his face a while ago vanished

"I'm sorry sir, but I think let's call this meeting off for now" nakangiti ko pa rin' sabi dito na mas nagpakunot ng noo nito

I can sense his intimidating aura even from the start, but I didn't care since I've lived for years with a man who is more intimidating and vicious than this man infront me

Matigas ang tingin nito sa'kin, I know I offended him enough but I don't care. Mas mabuti ng malaman niyang tutol ako sa kung ano mang plano ang meron sila ni Dad

"You're surely shock hearing that so, I can let this pass by now" bawi nito

"No, sir. Not you nor even my dad can tell me what I need to do. Now sir, Can you excuse me?" tapos ko dito, hindi naman 'to sumagot kaya tuloy-tuloy lang akong umalis

Sigurado akong pag nalaman ni dad ang ginawa ko mas magiging malala ang kondisyon niya but, I can't let anyone do what they want in my life

'Sasama ka ba?' Tanong sa'kin ni nay Lara
umiling ako bilang sagot dito
