In this form, Anax looks like a hybrid of a human and a reptile. In this form he also has an lower jaw that can split open. This form is Anax's favorite form in which he is most of the time and in this form he sunbathes every morning and noon by lying on his stomach outside. While he is sunbathing motionless, his back scales are very sensitive and when someone fondle him there, Anax hisses happily like a snake, but he will then react a bit annoyed to the someone who fondle him there.
