The sun showed through signaling another long day ahead. You slowly wake to a sleeping Sherry and a waking Leon. You slowly get out from under Sherry's small arm and make your way to the closet. Slowly opening the door you notice Leon sitting on the edge of the bed. His hair was messy and his shirt was twisted due to a long night. You striped not realizing Leon was awake. you were only in your underwear, back turned to him. His face grew red in embarrassment, he didn't think this would be the first time seeing you like this. He could feel his heart beating a million times a minute. You put on a bra still looking through clothes in your closet, Leon still staring in your direction. He just admired your natural beauty and how he fell in love with you all of you.
Leon's P.O.V.
She's so beautiful. This definitely wasn't what I was expecting to wake up to but this is good. I can feel my face heat up when she almost turned around but not quite. I really want to just walk over and kiss her and touch her. I know it's too soon she's just so amazing. Her butt looks hot in those little blue panties. She put on a black bra and tugged it a bit; she's still turned around. She pulled on a pair of black exercise shorts and over those a pair of army pants. She looks good in everything I swear. She's still only in the pants and that sexy black bra. She looks so hot in that oh shit.

End P.O.V.
You turn around to see Leon staring at you. You quickly turn back, throwing on your black shirt and tucking it into your pants. "Leon I really didn't want you to see me like this." He gets up approaching you and hugging you from behind. He rests his head on your shoulder. You can feel his warm breath tickle your neck as he leans into you. "Why (Y/N)? You are so beautiful I just couldn't help myself." He nuzzles into your neck more as he hums in content. The noise vibrating your being sending little chills down your spine. You turn around and put your arms around his strong torso as he places his head atop yours. You bury your tired head into his tough chest and focus on his breathing. It was steady and calming but you could hear his heart beating fast. That's when he realised you were in your gear. "(Y/N) where are you going?" You look at him a bit sad hoping he wouldn't notice you were planning to go out. "I just have to make my usual gathering run nothing crazy." He looked at you like you were though. You knew he might worry but you were hoping not this much. You were used to doing these runs in and out nothing to it. He made it a real challenge to leave. "I really don't want you going alone what if something happens and I am not there what if you get hurt what if........" You stole his sentence with a kiss and he leaned into it. You two parted and he held your waist tighter. "Leon I'll be fine. You have nothing to worry about, I can protect myself." He looks at you a bit defeated. "I know." Is all he says. "All I need you to do is take care of Sherry. Cook her some lunch, I will be back before dinner. You have nothing to worry about, she likes you a lot I can tell." You said as he slowly let you go. You laced up your boots Sherry still sleeping soundly on the bed. You put on an overly large duffle bag onto your back like a backpack. Placing the bow on your back along with your arrows and bow knife you started for the door. Leon trailed behind you and right before you left he pulled you into a deep kiss. "Come back to me....us safe alright." You pecked him one last time. "Anything for you."

Back Home

Leon watched as you left the house with the stomp of your boots and the gentle creek of the door. The cool morning air filled the house through the single open window. Leon looked around not sure what to do next when he felt a little hand enter his. Sherry stood next to him with sleepy eyes and her same black dress on. "Good morning kiddo still a bit tired?" Sherry wobbled a bit as she nodded her head. "Well how about we find you some more comfortable clothes." She nodded again in acknowledgment as he led her to her room. Looking through the closet he pulled out a pair of track pants and a simple yellow t-shirt. "Alright this looks good I'll set them here and leave you to change just come out when your all done." Leon left the room and entered his to do the same. He changed quickly into a pair of jeans and a plain black t-shirt. Leaving his room he noticed Sherry still hadn't come out. "What kind of music does (Y/N) have in the kitchen". He thought out loud. Looking around he spots the CD player and decides to just push play. "Under the Bridge" by Red Hot Chili Peppers consumes the silent kitchen. "Man that girls got good taste." Sherry finally joins Leon in the kitchen. "What do you feel like this morning Sher." She looks around realising you're not cooking. "Where's (Y/N)?" Leon turns around opening the pantry pulling out a can of corn beef hash. "(Y/N) went out. It's just you and me today, I got a couple plans for us." Leon turns on the stove and dumps the can into the skillet. The sizzle and the smell warmed them both up with the feeling of home. "Where'd she go out to?" Leon continued to sturr the mix in the skillet. "I am not sure she said she was going to gather. I tried to make her stay but she was stubborn." He finished up the hash and divided it between two bowls. "A hearty breakfast for a hearty day." Sherry laughed at this a bit as she took some in her spoon. "I never thought I would be eating breakfast again." Leon hummed in agreement. "Actually nix my ideas, we can do those later. Let's do something for (Y/N) she's done a lot for both of us." Sharry perked up with a big smile. "Yeah I got some Ideas!"

Out in the world

You walked quite a ways from your house. Yeah Leon fixed the truck but it was just too loud. You walked through a large field into uncharted territory. There was a large farm populating the dense empty once cropped fields. A large red barn stood next to a short 2 story farmhouse. If there wasn't a chance of being eaten by zombies this might have been pleasant. You slowly walk up to the porch and place a small walkie talkie turned up to max volume in the doorway. You run back a safe distance away and start to yell into the outgoing end. "HEY FUCK HEADS COME ON OUT!" you yell to attract anything in the house. You hear little noises inside the house as the door swings open. You aim your bow right at the outcoming zombies head as the arrow hits its target. You yell a few more times just to be safe but that seemed like the only one. Putting your bow back on your back and pulling out your knife you entered the house. Still being cautious you quietly entered the kitchen hoping for some supplies. You noticed the house had seemed to be left the same as when the owner was alive. Rummaging through the drawers and cabinets you found tons of stuff. You took the large green duffle bag off your back and unzipped it, placing it on the kitchen table. Opening each drawer you took what you needed. Lighters, knives, can openers, jars with lids, and plenty of other things were shoved into your bag. That's when you saw the liquor cabinet. You haven't seen booze in so long and this was an entire china cabinet full of every kind you could think of. You left the house to look for a box or wagon but you found something a whole lot better. You opened the doors to the barn and are greeted with a decent sized wooden wagon. It looked brand new, like a wagon used for parades; it was flat in the back with a stool bench up front for steering with a horse halter and everything. It was the best thing you could ever emagine finding now all you needed was a horse. You decided to try your luck looking through the stalls. The worst would be you pulling this beauty home if at all possible. Each stall was filled with bags of grain and bails of hay. You wished you could move there, it had everything you could have ever wanted. But you knew that if more survivors showed up there would be nowhere to house them. You went through the stalls one by one till you came upon one completely closed off. Both the top and bottom doors were shut; you pulled the large doors opening to reveal a stall full of horse supplies. "Ah hah there were horses here! Well there aren't anymore might as well take the wagon." You unlock the handmade brakes and push the wagon out into the yard. "This things insanely heavy!" You thought. Although it was heavy and the size of a car you managed to push it to the front porch. You went back inside grabbing your duffle bag and some more supplies. You filled the wagon to the brim with everything you could find. Feed bags, hay, all the liquor you could find and the pantry filled with canned food. You had enough supplies to supply a small army. The last place to check was the cellar. You blew open the cellar doors with a heavy slam and descended into the dark basement knife ready. What you found blew you away, it was a full bomb shelter. There was a worn military style cot and lockers with every kind of gun you could imagine. You noticed some open cans on the table in the middle of the cement bunker. You picked one up noticing it was still fresh. You instantly dropped the can realising, someones living down here.
