"Alright let's hear a bit about you now (Y/N)". You look away a bit shy for the questions headed your way. "O.K. question 1- What's your strategy for scavenging?" You look at him for a second then get up and enter your room. Exiting the room he was quite surprised with what you were holding. A large compound bow with a custom site populates your right hand and a quiver across your body holds the arrows. You take a little pose pulling the string back on the unloaded bow. "I can teach you, I mean if you want. Me and my dad used to hunt together but this last year this thing has been my saving grace. It's quiet and it never runs out of ammo, unless you break the arrow of course. I can show off later though I made myself a kind of a practice area. The key is to be very quiet and if the need comes I know my melle and I am a purple belt in taekwondo so that helps. Maybe we can train together even though there isn't much purpose anymore. " His eyes were wide, not expecting any type of violence from this sweet, chubby young woman. You gave a sweet smile his way not wanting to glote. He just looked at you, he couldn't take his eyes off you. You tilt your head a bit wondering what he was thinking.

Leon's P.O.V.
She walked out with a large bow like she was ready for anything coming her way. She has this look of determination, it's tense, it's hot. She looked over at me and I almost had a heart attack. "I bet she looks even better out in the field" I thought to myself. I started to play with my hands getting nervous even though she was close. I mentally cursed at myself for staring at her longer than I thought. She struck a pose and that look would have made me pass out. "Man, I would kill to just watch her fight". I noticed she looked at me confused and I started to fluster.

3rd P.O.V.
You started to get nervous because he kept staring at you making you slightly uncomfortable. You didn't like the way you looked and you were just there in the open. The next song starts to play "You Get What You Give" by New Radicals. You put your arms down trying to hide your frame a bit from his gaze. He noticed and looked away. "Sorry I know I was showing off a bit." You laugh a bit trying to relieve some of the tension in the room. "Oh sorry No No! It wasn't you (Y/N) it's just...." He looked nervous as he asked. "Just wondering if you could show me.". You looked at him and turned bright red. You turned to hide your ear to ear blush you couldn't help but smile. "I'll go get changed, just toss your dish in the sink there" You quickly walked into your room and thought about what just happened. Putting on your gear to practice you were deep in thought. "He's way out of my league, but then again I am the only girl for miles. Well alive anyway" you laugh to yourself thinking things through. You put on your leather fingerless right glove still in thought. Your outfit was a tighter black short sleeve shirt with a pair of army camo pants; they wear baggy but good to move in. You tied your hair in a tight ponytail to keep the hair from obstructing your view. A thick pair of black officer issued boots with the pants tucked in completed the outfit. You strapped the quiver to your back, the strap resting between your breasts. You exited the room to your surprise the dishes were gone and even cleaned. "Did I take that long" you walked up next to him as he finished the last of the dishes. "I thought it fair you did make dinner after all". He put away the last dish as you bumped him. "What a gentleman Mr. Kennedy" you give him a little smirk. "Ready to go we can just walk up it's not far" Leon turned around finally taking in what you were wearing. "Uh y..ya (Y/N) I am ready" he stuttered out trying to keep his nerves down. On your way to exit through the garage door you stopped off at the last room in the hallway. Bringing out a tape player and a cassette you started towards the door. Leon just looked at you and smiled. "I don't do anything without my tunes" You started walking out the door. "I can see that" He chuckled a bit at your little comment. You two made your way through the gate onto the road of the subdivision. He admired you for your choice in clothes sensible and tactical. "Huh where'd you get those boots." He chuckled a bit realising you were wearing the same boots. "One of the neighbors was an officer sadly." Taking a left instead of a right you walked about 5 houses down to an empty field, it being the one of two lots in the sub. Set up were targets and decoys of animals showing wear from heavy use. A stump situated behind where you shoot was a perfect place for you to rest and put your quiver. Now that you had Leon it acted as a perfect seat for him to watch. "Here! This stump is a perfect seat for you. I usually put my quiver and radio there but it's a perfect viewing point for you to learn." You say excitedly inviting him to sit and watch. He takes a seat "Hey I can hold your arrows if you want." You look at him giving him a warm smile. The sun was setting behind you casting a beautiful glow onto you and him. "Here can you do this for me, just make sure the music doesn't stop." You slowly hand him the player as you walk up to your shooting point. "There are options, just pick anyone they are all good." You beam at him. He laughs "I like your taste." He finally popped one in after what seemed like forever of him deciding. He set the player in the semi-tall grass as a slow warm breeze tickled your neck. You were ready for the music to take you as you waited in anticipation.
"Wild Horses" by The Rolling Stones plays softly as you ready your stance. The slow guitar relaxes your nerves from the staring eyes behind you. A quiet thump sounds through the music as your arrow hits one of the many targets. Exhaling as each arrow leaves your presence followed by the relaxing thump. Leon watches you in interest as you let yourself be taken by your task. The sun set shining over your features as you empty your quiver. Now out of arrows you look to Leon glowing from the sun behind you. "Do you want me to show you?" He was taken back to reality by your question. "Oh ya sorry was a little lost there" he said, giving an embarrassed smile. Taking off your glove you gave it to him not realizing your hands are smaller. He holds the smaller womens glove in his hand admiring the worn use of the article. "(Y/N) I don't think this is going to fit" He laughed as you laughed at yourself. "Sorry I guess I just wasn't thinking. Don't worry you don't really need a glove." You adjusted the bow to his arm length so the string wasn't too short and handed it over. You were worried about him popping the stitches. "Hey I don't know if this is the best idea" you started as he looked at you. "Why the sudden change of heart?" You looked down for a second as you worried over him. "What about your stitches we can't have those open up again.I really don't want to have to stitch you up awake." You look at your bow he's holding wondering if you should tell him to quit. "I think I will be ok (Y/N). It might be good for me to move it a bit don't you think?" You take the bow adjusting the pressure of the string so pulling back isn't as difficult. "I adjusted the bow so it's easier to pull back and won't hurt your arm. Just..... be gentle we don't need any more issues tonight." Standing next to him you motioned your arms showing him how to pull back. He mirrors your actions pulling back the unloaded bow. Explaining to him that the different color dots are the different yard markings helped him understand the aiming process. You showed him how to load the bow being a little close made his cheeks dust pink. "Ok how about finally taking a few shots. Hopefully your police training will help with the aiming aspect." You look at him giving him a little grin as you went to sit on the stump behind him. Loading the bow and taking a few shots he missed the target quite a few times. You gave him tips and adjusted his stance and handling. You giggle a bit at his inaccuracy and he herd. A little determination sparked in him, maybe he still had a chance to impress you. Pulling the last arrow from the quiver on his back he stopped took a minute to aim and WHACK! A perfect shot right to the decoys midsection. "Wow that one was perfect, a fatal hit right below the ribcage too!" Giving him an excited toothy grin you realized it was starting to get dark. "We should probably head back so we can relax before hitting the hay." He looked at you in agreement. "Ya you're probably right let's go."
