"Clot? What the hell is he talking about? This can't be real?"Kartik thought starting to get worried and scared.

"Doctor I need some time. I mean my brother is getting married soon and once he does I will talk to my family members and talk to you!"Naira said but she didn't know that Kartik was listening to this.

"Naira but remember you can't delay this. It will danger for you! It's best if you get yourself the surgery done as soon as possible!"he said

"Okay doctor"Naira replied and then ended the call.

Kartik heard this and didn't know how to express his feelings. He just found out his life was having a clot in her brain and she wasn't planning to tell anyone not even him because of his sister's and her brother's wedding.

"Why does Naira have to go through all of this..every single time everything bad happens to her only...!"Kartik thought getting emotional. He stood near the door and saw her sitting on the bed.

"Naira!"Kartik said going inside. Naira looked up to see him come and stood up.

"Naira you should get some sleep now. The party is over and you worked so much since the morning. I am sure you are tired so come sleep!"Kartik said

"Kartik I am fine. I am not tired!"Naira said but Kartik didn't listen. He made her to lie down on the bed. Switching off the lights he lied down next to her and pulled her close to him. Naira hugged him and felt so relaxed in his arms.

"I wish I could tell you about this Kartik. I promise you that I will but not yet. I can't ruin this beautiful memory. Everyone is happy after two years and I can't ruin that...!"Naira thought

"I wish you could just tell me the truth Naira. You are more important to us. Your health is more important to us...!"Kartik thought.

Next day Naira woke up around 8:30 pm. When she woke up Kartik was not there next to her. She thought he woke up earlier and was downstairs.

She got down the bed and went to the washroom to get ready. Once she got ready she went downstairs and was pretty surprise when she saw both of the families there.

"Papa,Bhai? What happened? When did you guys come and at this time? Is everything okay?"Naira asked

"Why did you hide it from us princess?"Naitik asked

"Hide what...?"Naira said in confusion

"Naira we know everything. How could you just hide it from us huh?"Naksh asked.

"Papa,Bhai will you tell me what's going on? I am confused!"Naira said

"I told them!"Kartik said coming.
