chapter 18 : naira's choice

Naira woke up with a massive headache. She saw Naitik sitting next to her on the chair while Naksh just came in. Naira slowly sat and Naitik helped her to sit.

"Princess,what happened? Are you feeling better?"he asked

"Haa papa I am fine. I will go get ready and leave to college!"Naira said and just then Naksh came into the room.

"Naira I think you should rest for today. Just stay home and get some rest!"Naksh said

"No Bhai. I can't. Classes are important and I can't be absent!"Naira said

"Haa Naksh,if Naira wants to go let her go. She said she is feeling better na?"Naitik said

"But papa..!"Naksh started but was stopped by Naira

"Bhai I am fine. Don't worry. I will go get ready now!"Naira said and went to get ready.

"Papa you also? I think it's the best if she stays home na?"Naksh asked

"Beta,but kartik said he needs to talk to naira today and he will in the college..so that's why i asked her to go!"Naitik said

"Kartik?What do you mean?"Naksh asked in confusion and Naitik explained about what happened.

"Wow at least he learned about the accident and decided to do something!"Naksh shot

"Naksh it is not too late. Maybe this will bring them together?"Naitik asked

"I don't know papa. I used to have hopes on them getting back together but now seeing kartik's ego all my hopes are loosing...!"Naksh said

"Naksh don't think like that. I think Kartik is realizing his mistake because last night when he came to talk to me regrading naira's leg he was concerned. For a second I felt like I spoke to the Kartik who once loved and cared for Naira so much..deep down he is still there..I just want my kids to talk out their differences out and get back together..!"Naitik said

"Haa papa you are right..in these two years both of them ran away from their problems..but they got a chance now and all I wish is they don't waste it!"Naksh said.

Naira got ready and then left for college along with Naksh. Naksh decided to drop her off. Once they reached the college both of them got down.

"Look,if you don't feel good call me okay?i will come and take you come!"Naksh said

"Bhai I am fine. How many times will you ask?"Naira joked

"Yaar I am just concerned!"he said

"I know very well. But I am fine. For real. If I don't feel well I will call or message you immediately okay?"Naira asked and he nodded.

"Now go! Bye!"Naira said and went inside and Naksh left.

Naira went in and as she was about to go to her classes she was stopped by Tanvi and Kunal.

"Yaar why didn't you come to college yesterday? We were worried!"Tanvi said

"Is everything okay?"Kunal asked
