my eyes widens at what i heard from you.

i looked at you and you just gave me a faint smile.

"w-what do you mean you want me?"

"i.. i want you to cuddle with me, please?"

i was quiet for a moment.

i felt my heart pounds rapidly as you pulled me closer.

then you hugged me, tightly.

we just stayed in that position.

i feel like i'm out of breath for being abnormal of my heartbeat.

and i'm afraid you might hear that.

so even though i wanted us to stay in that position i immediately broke away from your embrace.

i stared at you, asking.

but you just looked away.

"tell me.. what happened?"

i asked you but you didn't answer.

"beomgyu-"

"please, soobin.." you lifted your head.

sadness and pleading can be seen in your eyes.

so i went silent.

i just sighed and pulled you, hugging you.

as you started to cry again.

i don't know what your problem is because you don't want to tell me.

but i know you need me.

i am your best friend.

and it's my duty to take care of my best friend.

it's my duty to take care of you.
