After a week, schools reopened. Noor was super excited to meet everyone in the class. She felt sad that this was going to be her last year at school. She has been studying in St. Xaviers since kindergarten. To leave a place you had spent 14 years of life is a tough call on anyone. Noor delightfully put on her uniform and went to the school on yet another monsoon.

"Riya, how I missed you."

"But I heard that you had a splendid company throughout the vacation."

"Could you please stop this nonsense? Come on, let us plan our final year, girl."

The whole class was thrilled to be back at school as the super seniors.

"Good Morning girls," Jasmine mam entered the class with her ever beautiful smile. "I see that everyone is thrilled to be in the final school class".

"No mam. Actually, we are very sad. Can't believe it's all going to end soon." Ann was all emotional.

"Kids, make the best memories this year. So that years from now when you turn back, you will remember this year to be the best in your life"

"Yes, Mam." The entire class shouted.

The classes started with more physics, more chemistry, more mathematics getting into the brains every single day. The best of the time was the language class. It was so relaxing that the whole class waited for it. One month passed since the classes started. It was time for the school election. The school leader position is reserved for the final years and each stream was busy determining their candidates. The science class was all ready to announce Noor as the candidate, except that Noor was not ready for it. Noor stood for the election two years back and she came second. The experience was so bad for her, she was no longer interested to compete. But the class was adamant too in that matter.

"Noor, Noor", Anu whispered from the back during the mathematics class. Noor leaned back.

"What's the matter?"

"Here is a letter. Take it".

Anu gave a letter to Noor secretly down the desk. Noor got hold of it. She opened the letter in secret.

Dear Noor,

We really wish that you stand for the election this time. We all will be there sincerely to support you. Please don't give us a 'No' for the answer.

Lovingly,

Anjali, Anjana, Anu, Anna, Neha, ............

Love you.

Noor turned back to look at them. Noor felt so loved at that moment. She felt so happy, maybe the happiest ever in her entire school life. To receive such immense love was not a silly matter. Noor couldn't refuse the request anymore. The bell rang. The teacher went out. Everyone in the class gathered around Noor.

"Yes. I will stand for the election." The class erupted into joy. "But I am not confident enough. I have failed once. I will announce my candidature just for you people".'

"Don't worry a bit. We will take care".

"Hey."

"Hey."

"What's up?"

"Noor, I have told you a hundred times. Don't come with this formality."

"Okay, fine."

"How is Facebook? Did you like it?"

"Still kind of new to me. But I am trying to understand it. Only a few people in my class have joined on Facebook. I ask doubts to them, actually. And I was not in Orkut before. So this world is unknown to me."

"Don't worry. You will get used to it."

"I signed up only because you made me do it, Reyhan."

"I will consider it as a credit. And one year down the line, once you join the college, you will be super active on Facebook."

"Hm. Let's see."

"What's happening at school?"

"Something huge is happening."

"What's that?"

"Actually, school election is around the corner. Everyone in my class wants me to contest."

That's a huge deal. You will win for sure."

"Reyhan, I am tensed. You know, two years back I lost the election for house captain and I have lost my confidence completely."

"Noor, you are good and talented. You need to find yourself. You need to explore every trait of you with confidence. Do you know how confident you are when you are on the stage to speak? You should channel it to other areas too. You will definitely succeed."

"Thanks, Reyhan. You are so kind."

"I need to go now. See you tomorrow at the entrance class."

"Bye."

Noor logged out of her Facebook account.

"I think I should be more confident in this case." Noor thought.
