Demon

Warlock's POV

As I was waiting for Henry to return, I began to grow impatient, pacing back and forth in place, already anxious just to be able to draw some blood for tonight.

Oh...the thought of my hands covered in a victims blood.

It makes me shiver with pleasure.

"Fucking hell. Henry is lagging." I grunted and closed my eyes so I could focus and pin point Henry's location. It did not take long for me to find out where he was. To my surprise, there was a stray demon hanging around where Henry is at.

But to my even greater surprise, Prince was there too.

Fuck.

I bet that little fucker is trying to come after MY boy.

"We'll see about that." I frowned, and traveled through the shadows to make the trip short and quick. Expecting to see a huge mess when I arrived, I leaned out of the shadows and stood protectively in front of Prince.

"W-Warlock?! Where on earth did you come from?!" His sweet voice rang in my ears.

I turned my head slightly to look in his direction. "You don't wanna know beautiful." I smirked. Then I focused my attention back to the demon in front of me, who had revealed his true form by now. Red skin, flaming horns, long claws and tail.

"Stay behind me." I instructed him, and feeling a weird feeling in the pit of my stomach when I felt him cling onto my arm.

"This can't be happening. I knew demons were real but- they look even scarier up close!" Prince's voice was shaky, he was scared.

For some reason, that hurt me to see him like this. I hope he doesn't feel that way about me when he realizes I'm one of the things he fears.

"Well, if it isn't Warlock. Got infatuated with a human slut now huh?" The demon taunted. I glared at him. The fool had the nerve to disrespect my boy in front of me.

"Henry! Take Prince- and get out of here." I called out to Henry, watching as he emerged from the shade of a tree trunk and made his way over to us.

"Got it. You can handle this by yourself right?" He asked.

I nodded once. "No sweat. I got it covered."

"But... Warlock... how are you-" Prince looked up at me with worried eyes and I gave him a small smile. "That's a secret." I winked.

He gave me an amused grin, and went over to Henrys side. "If you win, I'll give you a reward!" He announced as he was heading in the direction where he came from.

I raised an eyebrow. "Well- that certainly made things interesting." I focused entirely on the demon now, seeing at how he was looking around for any means of escape.

Once Prince and Henry were out of view- I cracked my knuckles and morphed into my demonic form, which was similar to the demon in front of me, but all of my details were a midnight ebony color with some purple hues. My skin color remained pale.

"This should be fun." I smirked.

Prince's POV

As Henry led me throughout the denser parts of the woods, I couldn't help but worry for Warlock's safety. How could he take down a... a demon?!

I didn't even know demons were real!!
