Gloria's POV:
After we received the Pokédex, Hop and I started walking to professor Magnolia's house. I mean, I walked, Hop just ran ahead of me, like he always does.
Along the way, I finally enter route 2, and there I saw Pokémon in the tall grass. I could see a friendly Wooloo, a cute little Rookidee, and even a beautiful Nickit. But what really caught my attention was some noise, it sounded like two Pokémon fighting for something. I went there to have a better look at the situation. A Chewtle and a Yamper were trying to eat the same berry. I pointed my Pokédex to them,

"Chewtle, the snapping Pokémon: Apparently the itch of its teething impels it to snap its jaws at anything in front of it."

"Yamper, the puppy Pokémon: This gluttonous Pokémon only assists people with their work because it wants treats. As it runs, it crackles with electricity."
-Nice- I said to myself before a battle starts.
In one swift move, the Yamper caught the berry and started to run away. But the Chewtle, instead of trying to follow a Pokémon witch it would lose a race to, it attacked from distance, knocking over the Yamper's berry from its mouth. The Yamper released some kind of electric energy through its fur and hit the poor, weak to electricity, Chewtle. But, the Cewtle just hid inside of its shell, dodging the attack! I've never seen a wild Pokémon being this smart! The Yamper, as surprised as I was, then decided to take on a more direct approach to defeat the water-type. As it jumped onto the top of the shell, the Chewtle put it's head out and bit the Yamper's tail, making it cry out loud and jump off of the attacker. The Cewttle then took advantage of the situation and blasted the opponent with a strong water gun through its mouth. The Yamper got hit pretty hard and then ran away. The Chewtle then ate its victory berry.
