Chapter 23 : Surprise

" Why are you still even with him ? "

Jin spoke with a different tone in his voice . " eh ? What do you mean ? Of course , I toured him around school remember ? " I spoke . Jin shrugged and sighed . " That's supposed to be finished hours ago . " He half whispered . " I know , I-- what are you even trying to say ? " I crossed my arms . Hah . He's trying to sound like a jealous boyfriend or something-- AH Whatever ! " He offered to help me , what's the problem with that ? " i asked annoyed . Ugh . Calm down , y/n . He kept silent for a moment until then , I heard him sighed .

" I'm sorry . Let's just go now ? " he offered , opening his car door . I looked at him and slowly nodded . He helped me enter the car and closed the door for me once I get inside . He went towards the drivers' seat and spoke , " I'll take an hour to get there . You can rest if you want . " He spoke , starting the engine . I hummed and nodded at him , leaning my head on the window . I looked at the street as I rest my head . And slowly , I did fell asleep .

JIN POV

I glanced upon Y/n as I drive our way towards our destination. And she had already fell asleep easily. A smile formed against my lips as I look at her sleeping face. But the scene earlier just keeps coming back to my head...

I went to drive towards y/n's house 20 minutes before the exact time. I didn't want to be late at all. A smile formed in my lips the whole time. I then stopped as I passed by a flower shop. I smiled again and went inside, greeted by a old lady with a smile. " Welcome young man, what kind of flowers would you like to buy? " She asked with a small smile. " I'll buy the most expensive bouquet , please. " I said with a wide smile. She nodded and went away for a while before coming back with some beautiful flowers in her hands. She smiled and handed it to me. I happily took it and smiled as I look at it. " She'll love this. Thank you. " I smiled.

" Of course, the only way to a lady's heart are flowers. She must be very pretty. " She smiled . " Oh , she's indeed perfect. " I spoke handing her my card. She happily took it and gave me a receipt as she handed me back my card. " Well then, goodluck my dear. " She gave me a slight pat . I happily bowed and waved before I went my way outside. I hopped inside the car and carefully placed the flowers beside me. I then drove off and went my way towards her home. She must be waiting for me now and I don't want that. So, it's better if I wait instead.

As I got outside her home, I parked by the corner and waited inside. I took my phone and texted her that I'm already here outside and turned off my phone while waiting for her. I sighed and layed my head against my seat as I wait for her. Until, I heard a roaring of a motorcycle making me look where it was coming from . I took a glance by my tinted window and my forehead creased when I saw y/n riding the motorcycle.

Worst thing was, her arms were wrapped around the guy. Until, I finally saw who the guy was, Park Jimin. I clenched the steering wheel as I try to calm myself down. Why the hell are they still together? And why is y/n all dressed up? They should be apart right now, stating the fact that was supposed to be hours ago since y/n finished touring him.

Y/n hopped off the motorcycle and turned to Jimin giving him a smile. Jimin nodded, and helped y/n taking off her helmet. Ugh, can he not lean on her so close? I slight groaned. That's it. My thoughts spoke. I opened the door and closed it making a sound. Finally, the two noticed my presence. They both turned to me and they looked shocked to see me here.

I gave Jimin a slight glare and he seemed to notice my expression. " I guess I'll get going then. " He spoke, hopping on his motorcycle and drove off.
