Eren's POV*
I was training for the first time in a week. My muscles felt sore from disuse, since Hanji had refused to let me out under a week. Levi sided with her, so it wasn't like I actually had a choice.
I landed roughly, rolling when I hit the ground. I brushed the grass out of my hair, seeing Levi grimace at my actions?
"That was disgusting." He scoffed. I shrugged and rolled my eyes, since I couldn't give any less fucks about that. I walked back inside, grabbing Levi's dinner and bringing it up to his room as Hanji had told me to do this morning. She had informed me that he wasn't eating properly anymore, and I had been shocked.
She said he blamed the smell of the mess hall, that the greasy smell made him feel sick. I reached his room and knocked softly and entered, finding him shirtless. I felt my eyes widen and backed away, my face flushing.
"S-S-Sor-Sorry!" I stammered, leaving his food in his room before running off. Like a wuss.
Nice job there, Eren I thought to myself. I hit myself, sighing at my cowardice. I find my superior shirtless and I throw a fit. I don't regret walking in though, that is one site that won't haunt me. I felt my face heat up again, covering my face in embarrassment. Hanji was walking down the hall, and ran over to me when she saw me."So you brought him food? And, by the looks of it, you ended bringing a little more to the table..." She increased her already close proximity.
"Gah! What do you m-mean?" Dammit. I stuttered.
She smiled a grotesquely large grin. "You like him, don't you?"
"What? N-no!" I backed away, my face burning.
"You do!" She grinned and punched the air, like she was victorious. "Yes! Finally Lev-"
"Finally what, shitty glasses?" Levi was suddenly standing there, fully clothed this time. I blushed on impulse, looking down.
"Finally you'll get fucked, Levi." Hanji didn't ever seem to understand Levi could quite easily kill her. I looked at Hanji, making a face that I hoped said are you mad? And not are you sure?
Levi scoffed. "I don't know what you're going on about, shit-glasses."
"Oh, be honest! You like Eren!"
"Major Hanji, please," I pleaded. She looked at me.
"Oh, alright. I see you really don't like this." I sighed in relief, walking away quickly.
***
The next night when I had to bring Levi his dinner, I waited after I knocked until he opened the door. I prayed I wasn't blushing as I looked down, at the food since I didn't want to look at him.
I saw his pale hands take the food, and then I tried to retreat. He grabbed my wrist and pulled me back. I looked at him, my mouth opening to speak.
"Don't take what shit-glasses said to heart, she doesn't understand boundaries."
"It's okay, Heichou. If you could let me go..." He released me and I turned to walk away. Something stopped me.
Then, I turned around and kissed him.
He stood frozen for a moment, shocked by my actions as I was. When he didn't respond, I pulled my self away.
"I'm sorry, I didn't-"
"Eren,-"
"I'll just leave." Then, I ran to my room in the dungeons, refusing to let tears fall until I was isolated.
