We end up watching a movie on her laptop together before Kate texts me to tell me she's outside so I guess that means I have to go
"I'll see you tomorrow" I say before going downstairs and meeting her at the car
"Sorry to pull you away from your friend but I wanted a nice family dinner tonight" she says and I understand how he's wanting Erin to meet all of us although I already know Erin
"It's ok her dad is home anyway and I have a feeling they have some stuff to talk about anyway" I say as we pull away from the curb
"I thought you said her dad wasn't around much" she says and I nod
"He's home today though" I say and she shrugs
"So how was your day at school?" She asks
"Pretty good,I made the team" I say and she smiles enthusiastically
"That's great" she says just before my phone buzzes
Jojo siwa🔥: send help he's lecturing me on not inviting friends over without his knowledge
Me:that sucks need to be rescued?
Jojo siwa🔥: no it's ok
Me:ok well be safe
Jojo siwa🔥:apparently he's back in town because he had a meeting with a lawyer because my mom wants custody of me
Me:but doesn't she already have full custody of your brother for some odd reason
Jojo siwa🔥:yup not to mention I haven't seen her since I was 7
Me:well whatever happens I'm with you all the way

I can't believe her absentee jailbird mother is trying to get custody it just makes me mad but I can't think about that when I'm about to go inside and have dinner
"You ok?" Kate asks as we pull into the driveway after I put my phone away
"Yeah just jo" I say looking up at her with a smile on my face
"Welcome back guys" uncle Martin says greeting us at the door
"Hey ace have you met Erin?" Jackson says as I enter the living room and I'm not sure what to say
"Yeah we've met before" Erin says before i can
"Oh Yeah Right the running into each other thing cool well my mom said she can stay the night but only if she slept in your room" he says and i shrug
"Sure Uh hope you're not allergic to cats" I say and she smiles
"Sorry to break up this bonding moment but suppers Ready" Martin say and we get up and go into the dining room

Me,Jackson and Erin clean up and do the dishes because the dishwashers already on when Jackson splashes water on me by accident
"Hey!" I say and both him and Erin laugh
"Hey back" he says as I splash him too so he retaliated again
"If you wanna play it that way" I say but I miss and splash Erin
"Oops" I say but don't really mean it
"Guys guys guys stop" Kate says laughing at us and I turn and find her in the doorway
"Jackson started it" I say and Jackson gives me a look
"It was an accident" he whines and Erin laughs
"You're cute now grab a towel and clean up this water,you too ace" erin says and I grab a towel to help mop up all the water
"Dude really" I say after he snaps the towel at me wanting to start another fight
"No not this again" Kate says as I'm just about to snap the towel back at him
"Sorry mom" he says and gets back to cleaning up the small puddle on the floor

I have no clue how Erin gets ready for bed or if she likes to sleep In a hot room or a cold room with the window open like I do
"Hey so uh I like to sleep with my window open but if you don't we can keep it closed" i say and she shrugs
"Doesn't matter we can keep it open" she says sitting down on the cot I set up for her and is surprised by Apollo who comes out from under my bed probably to see who she is
"Ok well goodnight" I say and turn off the light then snatching Apollo before he can crawl into bed with her then crawl into bed myself
"Traitor" I say to him because he usually sleeps with me so I wonder why he'd want to sleep with her
"Hey ace have you ever fallen in love?" She asks a while later and it's a weird question coming from my cousins girlfriend I barely know
"Depends what you mean by falling in love why?" I ask and I hear her shift in her bed
"I don't know I just wanted to ask if it felt like how I feel" she says and I smile,she's talking about Jackson and her
"You two are pretty cute but the love part is up to you" I say honestly because that's the best advice I can give
"Ok well Goodnight for real this time" she says

I wake up to a text from jo and surprisingly not Apollo sitting on my chest like he usually does when he wants me awake

Me:like a hook up
Jojo siwa🔥:Yup and she's a moaner
Me:oh my gosh
Jojo siwa🔥:yeah I know but i left around 6:30 so I didn't have to see them both
Me:Erin stayed the night here
Jojo siwa🔥:no way really they just let her stay over
Me:well she had to sleep in my room but yeah
"Dude what time is it?" Erin asks groggily
"Sorry if I woke you but it's 7" I say and she groans
"But it's Saturday" she complains
"I know mental clocks suck" I say and she groans again
"I have practice in an hour" she says and I laugh
"For real?!? Then what are you doing still lying in bed" I say hopping out of bed and turning on the light

I drive them both to the school since I need to pick jo up from the library
"Why don't we go watch practice I mean there's nothing else to do" jo says after we've been driving around a bit
"Sure" I say and pull a U-turn
"Some of those boys are cute and single maybe we can find you a boyfriend" she says and I roll my eyes
"Im bi what if I don't want a boyfriend" I say and she raises an eyebrow at me
"The only girl on the team is dating your cousin and the other girls on the bleachers are probably going to watch their boyfriend" she says and she does have a point there
"Good point i guess but maybe I don't want a football person" I say turning into the school parking lot
"Well at least we get to watch football too" she says and I'm honestly not much of a fan of football but it's something to do
"Yeah could've used some coffee but whatever" I say and follow her towards the field
