Heads up: Y/n and Peter go to a party, things happen.

Y/n was surprised to find her high school best friend going to the same University as her. And that was not it, she was going to share an apartment with him. Not that it bothered her.
The two had cuddled a few times before when they had movie nights but things kinda got awkward a few months later. Peter had started dating Liz and Y/n dated Abe.
Peter didn't like Abe, one bit. He was jealous of course, but he was in denial so things got awkward when the two weren't supposed get turned on by each other instead of their partners.
As the University neared, Peter broke up with Liz while Y/n and Abe broke up but ended on good terms. Y/n was glad Abe wasn't the guy who's hold grudges against things like these but he had also applied to a different university so it wouldn't work out.
Surprised to find Peter in the living room of apartment she was moving in, Y/n internally cursed. She was atleast happy they didn't end their friendship on bad terms but it would be hella awkward and she knew it.
" Peter? " She chuckled in disbelief and Peter whipped around. His face washed with mixture of relief and confusion as he smiled and stood up.
" Y/n! So we're sharing this apartment! " He smiled and Y/n nodded, " Looks like it. " Peter slumped his shoulders in relief.
" Oh, thank God! May was being stubborn and she added both gender categories and I was worried about who it would be. " Y/n laughed and nodded.
" I know how May can be. So, how about a tour? " Peter nodded and made his way ahead of her. His heart was thumping after spotting the girl for some reason and he was glad and not glad at the same time.
He knew the effects she leaves on him but he was also happy that she was the girl sharing apartment with him.
Y/n simply followed, staring at the boy talking instead of looking around.
"That can be done later! "
She thought.
" This is my room, yours is just down the hallway. " Peter opened his room and Y/n giggled. " Kinda expected it to be nerdy. " Peter rolled his eyes, a smile etching on his lips.

" Let's go to yours. " Peter led her down the hallway, passing the common bathroom and guest room.
" Mhm... It's nice. I'll decorated it soon enough. " Y/n smiled and Peter chuckled. Y/n liked lights and glowy things like those glow in the dark stars and stuff.
