Chapter 7

The Partner

*Mary's Pov*

As much as I hate to wake up in the morning I love going to school (of course not because I like school....you know what I am talking about that I like going to school because of)
"Hey come-on we are going to be late." Jenny's voice startled me a little and I spoke out my thoughts.
"I like Edward!" I quickly muffled myself so that no one could hear specially not Jenny.
"Yeah let's go" then we left for the school. As far as I remember today we will be assigned the our assignment partners for the Maths class if I am correct though I am not sure.

I went to my locker to pick up the books required and also to search for Edward but what I saw was even more exciting. The argument which was going on between Jake and Michael. I wanted this to happen so badly because first of all Michael has an even worse attitude than Jenny and second of all his band sucks but he doesn't wants to do changes in that.
Michael : You are saying that my band sucks huh?
Jake : No I did not say that I just said that..
Michael  : Then why isn't my band's name in the funfair performers list.
Jake : It wasn't my decision. The whole council decided that.
Michael : Don't give me this bullshit I was there only when the list was being made, just in case you forgot I am also one of the member of student council.
Jake : Listen enough of your melodrama. Go and cry somewhere else. I don't have time for your whining.
Michael : Yeah just wait you son of a bitch! FUCK YOU!
Jake : Aren't you already satisfied with Max huh...

Jake didn't paid any more attention to him and went straight towards the hallway. 
"Oh my God how savage was that of Jake to restrict Michael from funfair. I was totally wanting this to happen. I know why Jenny was saying this and believe me there's a long story of Jenny, Michael and Max.

Jenny and Michael used to date each other but on Michael's Birthday party Jenny caught Michael fucking Max and since then Max, Michael and Jenny are sworn enemies. Now you know why Jenny hates Max.

We had Maths in the first period, oh speaking of period I forgot that I was having my period and I need to go to the washroom nowww!

When I entered the class Mr. Spence was already there and I greeted him.

"Very well so now since everyone is here I shall assign you your partners for the assignment." I looked quickly at the class again because I couldn't see Edward so I interrupted Mr. Spence telling him that not everyone is here.
" Well Mrs. Courtney called and informed Noah and Edward are both ill so they won't be able to come today. " What Edward got sick but how and more importantly why is Noah's mom telling this and I also wonder what could possibly have happened to that man whore Noah. So many things were going in my mind that I didn't paid attention and then Lina came and sit beside me.
"Hey, everything okay?" I really didn't knew what happened.
"Yeah of course but why did you asked?"
"You are the one who came to me so you should tell me." I noticed the expression on Lina's face which I didn't liked at all.
"Were you daydreaming? He just announced that we have to sit with our partners like really Mary were you sleeping or what?"
Which means that Lina is my partner and then I looked around to see that some got the worst like Max and Jenny,  I literally laughed when I saw both of them sitting together. But I don't know why Jake and Michael were sitting alone. But I decided to look at this matter after the class.

(Meanwhile at Courtney's house)

*Noah's Pov*

I woke up pretty late and I just know it whenever I wake up late. I then looked on the beautiful person lying next to me sleeping like a baby. I wanted to kiss him again but I controlled myself as I was already having a morning hard on. So I brushed my teeth and went downstairs to eat something.

"Honey I made you some pancakes they are over there." Mom's pancakes and coffee is the only thing I needed in the morning so I started to make my coffee, then a second thought came in my mind so I made coffee for two. Yes the other one was for Edward. 

"I started to drink my coffee and then heard Edward coming downstairs. Mom was probably doing laundry and she has a bad habit of talking while doing laundry.
"I called Mr. Spence and told that you both are sick so that you won't get in any trouble tomorrow."
"Mom I am not a kid anymore. You don't have to do this."
" By the way how is Edward."
" I am feeling much better, thanks to you And Noah." Edward came and sat next to me.  Though it has only been a day but it seems that he has memorized the place.
" Are you eating pancakes?" Anyone could tell that Edward was hungry so I poured him his coffee and gave him the pancakes.
"So did you sleep well Edward."
"Yeah Mrs.Courtney."
"Oh call me Mia, anyways I just asked because I saw you both sleeping this morning." It was so unexpected that I choked on my pancake and spitted out my coffee in an instant after hearing thing.
"Are you alright Noah?" Edward asked while rubbing my back. I coughed a few more times and then I said," Yeah, I am..." but before I could speak further mom again said something which got me pissed enough to ruin my mood.
"You should eat carefully Noah."
"Mom!"
"Yeah whatever boys I am in the basement doing laundry if you need anything just call me."

"Your mom is so sweet Noah."
"Yeah she is, now finish your breakfast you slowpoke."
" Let's see then who finishes first. I bet I'll beat you.
"Oh really huh huh." I caressed his hair and then lifted him up on my shoulder.
Edward was laughing loudly and now screaming," Ughhhhh Noaahhh put me down!"
"No I won't till I finish my breakfast."
I don't know why Edward just laughing seeing and hearing him laugh made me also smile somehow.

Noah's mom was watching all this from the staircase and was just smiling at the boys.
