Chapter 5: Break

Ayanokouji's POV

Special Building

I arrived at the meeting place on the 2nd floor of the special building and found a girl with a cane.

"You called me?" I asked, in case she's only passing by.

"Fufu, Yes, it's a pleasure to meet you, Ayanokouji-kun" she said with a smug face

"What do you want?" I asked

"Fufu, straight to the point, eh?" she paused

"How rude, I still haven't introduce myself" she replied

I just stared at her blankly then turned around to leave, since this is only a prank but stopped when she said those words.

"White Room"

I then looked at her, thinking how did she know? That facility was a secret, even the government didn't have any idea of its existence.

And there's only a small chance that she'd been a student there because we were trained from academics, philosophy, literature, sports and self defence to be an all around person.

Even if she's academically gifted, her disability will get in the way in any physical activities, which rules out this possibility.

'So how did she know?' I though

"Fufu, you got the looks that seems like you don't recall me, well I can't blame you since I only saw you through the glass" she said confidently like reading my mind

"Since you know about my secret, will you spread it?" I asked

"Fufu, no way cuz I'm the only one worthy of burying the false genius" she replied while maintaining the smug face

"Can I ask you a question?" I asked

"Sure, If you want to know why I know about the white room then I don't mind giving you an answer" she replied

"Not that, I just want to know one thing."

She and I made an eye contact

"Can you bury me?" I said

"Of course I can, see you in the finals Ayanokouji-kun" she replied confidently

I then went outside to head to the dormitory when I received two messages from Karuizawa and Kikyo.

[ Can I visit your room? ] Karuizawa

[ Where are you? Everyone's looking for you? ] Kikyo

I then replied to Karuizawa first, since I want to end it quickly and decided to text Kikyo in the evening so that they won't meet each other.

[ Sure, you can come in 10 minutes ] Ayanokouji

[ Okay, see you ] Karuizawa

At Ayanokouji's Room

When I arrive, I tidy the place a little bit and prepare the kettle for tea.

Ding Dong Ding Dong

I then open the door and welcome Karuizawa to my room.

"Pardon the intrusion" she said

I then let her sit in the bed and asked.

"Coffee or tea?"

"Tea please" she replied

I then hand her a cup of tea and I sit beside her to proceed to the discussion.
