Later that same day we sit in the back of an Uber heading into midtown to his hotel. He's still wearing the worn out yellow sweater I gave him earlier and the big sunglasses. The car pulls into an underground lot and someone from the company meets us to take us up to the floor of rooms blocked off for the band. In smaller cities, they book the entire hotel, but in New York City, no one is that famous or has that much money. Three floors is all they will get. The band members are always on the same floor because they want to be together, the other floors are usually filled with the machine that moves BTS around the world.

We step into the room he hasn't occupied to see Jimin's bed sheets scattered, room service trays littering the table and the remnants of a card game and snacks from a long night of fun.

"It looks like you missed a party," I say.

He smiles at me. "Oh I had a party," he winks at me as he walks through the suite.

Taehyung reaches for his camera bag and pulls out his Leica which is oddly a newer version of the model I have. I look it over as Tae sends Jimin a text telling him we are in the room. It only takes a minute before he bursts through the door with Jungkook in tow. Jungkook grabs Tae, although younger he is slightly bigger, and he lifts him off the ground playfully. He notices me standing there and he drops him to the floor. He approaches me, ignoring Tae yelling at him on the ground.

"Oh Alexa, I'm glad to see you. I heard you will be joining us on tour." He smiles warmly at me. "Be sure to only get my good side," he laughs, pointing at his entire face. He winks at Tae who hits him playfully.

Jimin smiles at me. "I'm happy you're going with us too. It feels like you are already part of our big family," he says so kindly. I thank them both and I wonder how I ever felt happy before these rays of sunshine were in my life.

Tae changes his clothes, packing my baggy sweater in his case, and getting a  bag packed for our trip to London tomorrow. I sit talking with Jungkook and Jimin, as J Hope comes in the door.

"I wish I could go to London tomorrow," Jimin says. "But we will be back there for the European leg of the tour in a few months."

"Do you get a rest in between?" I ask, already stepping into a motherly role.

"Oh yes, but only two weeks," J Hope chimes in. "We are going to get to choose where we spend those two weeks, so we can go home to Korea, or sit on a beach somewhere."

"Beach!" Jungkook raises his hand to make a choice.

Jimin laughs, "You'll go home to your parents like you always do."

He smiles sweetly, thinking about it, "Yeah, I probably will."

"You could always take your parents to a beach somewhere. Problem solved," I suggest.

"Maybe we could find a private island somewhere and all our families can join us," he suggests and it is amazing to hear someone say that and know that to him, it's a genuine possibility.

Tae comes out of the bedroom dressed in his stage clothes; a sparkly jacket, and tight black pants. The sight of him fully ready shocks the others into action. J Hope and Jungkook stand up to leave. Jimin leans in to me.

"Is the Tonight Show popular in America?" he asks.

I nod, "Yes. It's always been very popular. My Grandma even use to watch it."

They look at each other confused. Jimin squints as he thinks about something, "But Jimmy Fallon looks so young..."

I shake my head laughing, "There have been many different hosts." He laughs at himself as Jungkook and J Hope wave good bye. Jimin closes the door to his bathroom in the suite.  We have another moment alone. Taehyung pulls his camera out of the bag and loads film into it.
