Dream's P.O.V

I ended up falling asleep there against the tree, tired from crying.

I woke up to the colorful sun rising, welcoming me to a new day. I stretched and slowly got up. I looked around, still no people. Buildings still destroyed. And the tree still broken.

I felt a lot of pain in my leg, which caused me to lose my balance. I hit the ground.

I sat there for a moment, closed my eyes and breathed. I opened my eyes and got back up, I flinched as I stood. I quickly opened a portal and left.

I got back to my room and flopped onto my bed. I then checked the multiverse.

The numbers are getting more off balance. Now both of my legs hurt. How can I bring back the balance if I can't walk?

I need to get some help.

"I-Ink!" I shouted, gritting my teeth. It hurt so bad.

"Dream? What happened?" Ink asked, looking at me.

"I-I need to fix the b-balance but I can't walk. C-Can you carry me?" I asked as my vision began to blur with the tears.

"I'll help you. But you need to explain what's going on after." Ink said as he picked me up bridal style.

 When They Got Back

"Alright, tell me what that was about." Ink said.

"Oh, well you see. There is a balance."

(Everyone Reading This Right Now: What?!)

"I was the only one who knew about it, well you know now to. But, each time the balance would tilt I get hurt." Ink nodded, deep in thought.

"Why didn't you tell me?" He asked.

"I didn't want to bother you." I said looking down at my legs. Ink then hugged me.

"Don't worry, I won't tell anyone." He promised.

 "Thanks." I said hugging back.
