It's been around three years since I originally ended this story, and I've rewrote this specific chapter multiple times. I do feel, however, that as I mature over the years I will always come back to re-write it.

I started this book as a young, immature middle school girl who fell head over heels in love with Draco Malfoy.

I have changed an almost impossible amount since then, and if the little girl who wrote this saw me now, she would believe a thing I say about how our life has changed.

This story started as just simply reading a few fanfictions here and there, to finally starting my own.

I know the writing in this story is awful, it's so cringe it makes my toes curl, but I do not think that is the point.

Being able to write 26 chapters, no matter how awful, and have people enjoy them means so much to me.

It lets me know that my writing had potential 6 years ago and that hopefully I can be considered a somewhat talented writer now.

I just recently started my first year of university, but I still remember that seventh-grade girl who stayed up late to write chapters for you guys. 

I know a lot of the original readers of this story will not see this message, but if by some chance they do, thank you for reading and making little me happy.

For those who have recently read this, I can promise you there are better pieces of literature out there, so go give them a chance, but thank you for stopping by anyway.

Please never give up on your dreams, even if it seems like all hope is lost, there will always be light. I have dreams that I have held on to since I was a child, and I will try my absolute hardest and fight the most difficult battles to achieve them.

I hope one day in the future I can write an actual novel, that will be sold worldwide, and then I can admit I wrote this atrocious story, and instead of being ashamed, I can say it with pride.

I will thank everyone who has supported this story throughout the years.

And to those of you who read this as soon as chapter 1 came out, I hope you are doing well, and again, thank you.

I know this might seem a bit too sentimental for a simple Wattpadd story, but it means so much more to me than just that
