Eliza's POV
I reach for Lacey's hand and walk with her right through the backdoor to the car. I smile as I see it, a light grey Range Rover that reminds me of the car my grandma used to have. I always wanted one of these, and I love that he has one that I'm going to drive whenever I can. I smile as I feel him behind me, "Do you like it?" He whispers as I nod. I only get to drive it for a day but I'm going to enjoy it.
"Here's the keys" he tells me as he places them in my unoccupied hand and I can't help but smile as I see a house key on the ring, even if it's not mine.
"O-, Okay" I tell him as he nods and kisses the side of my head. He leans down to Lacey's height as he adjusts the bag on his shoulder.
"Daddy's got to go to football but I'll see you later this afternoon okay?" He asks as she nods and holds my hand. I smile as she leans up and kisses his cheek.
"That's okay, we will have fun!" She tells him as he smiles and rubs her face in his hand.
"Bye sweetie, I love you" he smiles as he kisses her soft cheek. She lets go of my hand as she wraps her arms around his neck. I smile and give them a minute as I walk over to the car and put my purse and bag in it. I'll come back later and get the rest of my stuff, that will give me an excuse to see Grant again.
"Come on let's go!!" She demands as I open the door and sit her in a booster seat that he put in the seat. I feel his hands before I see them as he cages me in behind her as I buckle her seatbelt.
"I'll see you later" I whisper as I shut the door and step in front of it hopefully blocking Lacey from seeing us. I know I'm going to kiss him, I don't know what we are but I want to kiss him again.
"I love you" he tells me as he leans forward and kisses me right then. I smile and kiss him back quickly before pulling away, he wanted to do it too.
"I love you too, I'll see you later" I whisper as I hug his neck. He takes a long sniff of my hair as I hold him and then he places his hand over my dress and squeezes my butt cheek before tapping it and letting go.
"I really love you in this" he tells me as I pull away smiling. It's a hot pink baby doll dress and it's one of my favorite things to wear. I have on some very trusty small heeled sandals with it since it's going to be so hot outside. I lean forward and kiss him again as I smile against his lips. I pull away and wipe my lip gloss off of his lips and walk over to the drivers side door.
I get in and open the garage door as he gets into his truck at the same time. I feel the heat fan across me uncontrollably as I look at his muscular legs. He blows me and Lacey a kiss as he gets in and shuts the door.
I look down at the steering wheel trying to figure out how I can drive this without messing it up. I love this car, the seat fits my behind so perfect and I love the new car smell.
