Eliza's POV
"I do" he says as he rubs the pads of my hands. I immediately lift a hand and wipe the tears from my face and smile.
"I do too" I tell the preacher as I smile at Grant and rub his wedding band. I'm so excited for this moment, I've waited on this forever and I wouldn't want to marry anyone else.
"Actually, I need to do something else" I add as I look at Grant and drop his hands.
"Lacey sweetheart" I ask behind me as she smiles and comes right beside Grant. He smiles as I bend down to her height and pull out a paper from the top of my dress. I love this dress and Lacey helped pick it out along with every other female in my family.
"Lacey, I promise to be the best mom ever to you. I promise that I will love you with all my heart along with Grant. Sweetheart I might not have grown you in my belly but I promise I will always be here for you as long as there's breath in my body. I love you so much honey and I want to tell you that I will be the best mom ever! I'll even make cookies and won't let daddy have any!" I demand at the end at she smiles and laughs erupt from the small crowd.
Grant and I picked something small and only family are here. Considering we decided to get married a month after our engagement I didn't expect to have a big one and I'm okay with that.
"Love you too mommy" she whispers as I hug her small little body into mine. She's so beautiful in her flower girl dress and her little girl heels. We got ready together with Kinsley, Brielle, and Presley on one side of the house while Grant and a few of his other friends and my cousins. We didn't want something really big so we decorated the land on the backside of his house that's huge and covered in oak trees, it's amazing. I know a few other people have wanted to get married here because of how nice it is and we just set up chairs and tables. The reception is going to be under the stars and beautiful.
I smile and stand up grabbing her hand and one of Grant's, "By the power invested in me by the state of Georgia I now pronounce you husband and wife, Grant you may kiss the bride" he says as I smile.
