JAMES' P.O.V.
I wake up with a smile on my face.
'Today's the day I can finally get a Partner Pokemon!', I think.
I quickly get dressed.
I'm wearing dark grey pants, a white T-shirt, a black hoodie, black and white shoes, and a hat with a Masterball on it.
I hurry downstairs, and see my Mom and Dad in the kitchen.
My Dad's drinking coffee while he reads the newspaper, and my Mom's making breakfast.
I smell the sweet aroma of bacon, eggs, sausage, and pancakes.
My Mom and Dad notice me standing in the doorway.
"Hey sport! You getting ready to head over to Professor Oak's place?", my Dad asks.
"Yep! I'm going to get a Partner Pokemon!", I say with excitement.
My Dad smiles, and I hear my Mom chuckle.
"Don't take too long sweetie, breakfast will be done soon.", my Mom says.
"Okay.", I say.
I head outside, closing the front door behind me, and I hurry down the road to Professor Oak's place.
