It's my first fan fiction and I'm really really excited to write this. Since I've got school I'll probably end up updating once or twice a week. Not gonna make this to long because I just want to get into it. I'll just give some background info on the oc which you might want to read :)
Name: Kayda Todoroki- meaning 'little dragon'.

Age: 16 years old.
Height: 167cm (5'4) sowwy midoriya (this is so weird bc I'm 175cm- 5'7 so I'm taller than freaking Bakugo )

Personality: rebellious, energetic, outgoing, motivated, ambitious, determined, kind- just a happy person in general despite her childhood trauma
Likes: food, dragons, her wings, volleyball, flying, competitions, destroying people in video games, cats, music, etc.
Dislikes: flaming ugly ass trash can (her father), bullies, really hot weather, villains, getting up early, people touching her wings, etc.

So I'm basing her look as Weiss from RWBY if anyone has watched the anime. Since I wanted her to have long white hair from her mother and the turquoise eyes from her father.

Quirk: So basically she has two quirks.
Wings: They are roughly around the same size as Hawks wings except they don't have any feathers. Like dragon wings. They are coloured black except for when she activates her second quirk and they then would be surrounded by blue fire. They don't restrict her movement so moving around in a fight isn't difficult.

Imagine these a darker black and when her second quirk is activated blue flames cover it.

Downsides: They are extremely sensitive which is why when she activates her second quirk she needs to control the flames so she doesn't injure her wings. If she gets fatigued they start to feel like a heavy weight on her back which slows her down. BUT YA'LL SHE CAN FLY THO
Blue Flames: this is the quirk that she got from her father (as much as she hates him) but instead of being red, they are blue, nearly white and are much hotter. She creates her own flames and they can be activated from any part of her body. Most of the time she activates them through her hands as it is easier to control.

Downsides: Controlling her flames is extremely difficult and she can lose control of them if she isn't focused or if her emotions run wild (typically fear or anger). If she loses control of them when they are surrounding her body the consequence result in burning her own skin if they are not forcefully put out quick enough.
