Days had gone by slowly. At least that's what Mew felt after his friend woke up from his comma. Mew thought he would feel relieved and content. But somehow he was torn between happiness and agony. He would never have thought that seeing Gulf waking up from his sleep would make his life falling apart.

Mew's world was crumbling down when it settled that the memory of him in Gulf's head had gone and no space of him left in the tanned guy memory. And that was the most heartbreaking part for Mew. It wasn't that he wasn't glad that Gulf was awake. But Mew couldn't help but being selfish. Why would Gulf remembered everything but him?

Why? Why? Why?

That single word kept repeating itself on Mew's head, he couldn't stop grieving on his own that he even lost track of time. The day changed into another day, the nights felt longer since Mew couldn't sleep his problem away.

His tiredness was shown under his eyes that even Gulf who was the patient questioned about his well-being when Jaa and Mew stepped into his ward. Jaa of course being a gentleman, he brought Gulf a bouquet of flowers everyday, making the table near Gulf's bed lively.

Mew felt bitter every damn time he got to watch how attentive Jaa was towards Gulf. While Mew always came up empty-handed. His time had stopped the moment Gulf woke up days ago. Mew was basically a living corpse at this point.

Unlike Mew's frowning face, Gulf was radiating happiness the moment he saw the guests that had been visiting him for the past few days. Even thought he couldn't remember one of them, he still felt delighted when he saw Jaa and Mew coming.

Gulf walked limping towards the two tall men and Jaa was fast to help him walking. "This is for you." Jaa said softly as he gave the flowers bouquet he held in his another hand.

"Again? You keep bringing me this everyday." Gulf chuckled, "But thank you." He genuinely thanked the taller guy who was keeping him safe in his embrace when his eyes trailed to Mew who was putting on an unhappy face.

Gulf gulped down his throat. The unknown guy who was apparently Jaa's friend had been having sad eyes whenever their eyes met. That made Gulf wondered about the reason Mew wasn't happy.

Gulf still remembered how Mew was crying next to him when he opened his eyes. Gulf was the first one to wipe those tears that kept streaming down the pale guy's face. After an awkward moment of Gulf soothing the guy he didn't know that time, they hadn't talked since then.

However, surprisingly, Mew always visited him with Jaa even though he always wore the same expression every single day they met. Like any other days, Mew and Gulf stared to one another without words. Mew seemed distant that Gulf didn't dare to start a converstation with him.

"How are you today?" Jaa's questioned made Gulf's eyes shifted from Mew's.

"I'm fine. I guess it's about time that I got discharged. How's the cafe?" Gulf kept worrying about the cafe where he worked at even though his boss had told him not to worry about it.

"I've got a couple of employees there other than you, remember? You should worry about yourself first before the cafe. It's not even your business." Jaa flicked Gulf's forehead softly, making the younger guy pouted.

"But still..." Gulf mumbled.

"Hey, it's okay.. I want you to get better first..." Jaa tried to stop Gulf for worrying about the work. He patted on Gulf's head dearly. "Have you washed up?" Jaa asked again and immediately got a shaking head from the other guy as the answer.

"Still refuse to get the help from the nurse?" The taller guy teased Gulf since the younger one had been rejecting the help from the nurses when it came to washing up. He preferred someone he knew to help him.
