"What are you gonna do after this, boss?" Boom clung his arm around Mew's neck, weighing the latter down since he was a few inches shorter than Mew.

"Studying."

That made the other boys stopped and stared at him as if he just spouted out nonsense. Mew Suppasit was never the one to suggest studying, that word and his name just were never in the same sentence. But now, he wanted to go studying? Despite all others activities that he could have done with the others?

"Studying?" Singto could not help but repeating Mew's word. "Are we having exam week next week?" He threw the question to the others and they shook their head in unison.

Even exam week wouldn't make Mew and his friends go studying. They would foold around, typical spoiled brats that they were. They would still do okay in the exam, so why bothered? Besides, their parents would always back them up, anyway.

"And stop calling me that," Mew added as he kept on walking, "I've told you I'm not your boss." He even rolled his eyes lazily.

He walked faster and left his friends gang behind, dumbfounded of the hobby he newly found. Mew's smile plastered across his face and would only get wider as his long feet brought him closer to the place where he knew that person would sit and spend his time, doing his most favorite time.

When Mew turned left and entered the vast library, he finally strode slower, trying not to make any noises since the librarian and other students wouldn't like it, or worse, he would get kicked out before he could see that certain someone.

He walked down the lines of shelves and only stopped when he arrived at the very same spot he found Gulf for the past few days. His mouth corner quirked up as soon as his eyes landed on Gulf's lean figure, whose basking in sunray.

Gulf definitely looked beautiful. Mew had run out of words to decribe how beautiful the other guy in his eyes. Gulf was effortless and how he could pull out to be that pretty anytime was still a mystery to him. A mystery that Mew didn't want to solve, so that he would be lost for words for each time he saw him. Mew liked the way he was feeling right now. He wanted Gulf to be forever intriguing him.

The latter guy recognized his presence since Mew wasn't subtle enough in peeking at him. "Are you here again?" The question was rethorical, Gulf knew it, but he just couldn't stop asking that whenever Mew came to him after his classes.

It had been days, or maybe weeks for him to have a company during the time he spent in the library. Mew said he started to be fond of reading, yet ended up dozing off not even 30 minutes after he took the seat he'd reserved for days now, just across Gulf's seat.

"The professor gave us extra task today, so our class ended later than it's supposed to be," Mew calmly pulled the chair, he was careful enough not to make any noises. He sat himself down and put on his wide grin, "Did I make you wait long?"

It was like an unspoken thing between them. Gulf hoped that Mew would pay him a visit in his most favorite time, while Mew's feet would be automatically directing him to the library.

They never talked, of course, who would do chitchat in the library. But there always had been a comforting silence filling up the space. They felt at peace. Gulf enjoyed his readings with Mew's company, while the latter guy would always steal glances at Gulf whenever he got the chance. Gulf knew about it since Mew wasn't subtle enough while doing that, but he didn't oppose to it. Rather, he felt comfortable with it.

What Mew didn't know, he wasn't the only one who stole glances. Gulf had been devotedly doing that too secretly. He would peek at the other guy when Mew wasn't looking at him. And he would end up putting on his silly smiles afterward.
