The next day I opened my locker to find the exact same piece of paper but with a different message.

'You dressed up really nicely today. As always...'

I smiled for myself. I really like getting these letters.

Joshua was standing next to me, taking something from his locker.

„See?? I got another one!" I showed him the paper happily.

„Are you that happy?" he laughed slightly.

„Of course! And now I know who's behind this!" I really had a clue.

„You do?" he shut his locket to look at you.

I nodded. „Look at it."

He looked at the paper again but obviously didn't understand.

„He complimented my clothes! That means...it's someone with a good sense of fashion. And that is..." Joshua looked a bit lost.

He gave you a questioning look.

„Come on! It's Jeonghan!" I finally told him who was on my mind.

„Jeonghan?" he repeated.

„Yes. And I'm gonna check it right now." I announced and left in a hurry.

But for some strange reason I couldn't find Jeonghan the whole day.

Is he hiding from me? Maybe he's shy...

It was already the lunch break and I noticed him talking to his friends while eating his lunch.

Without thinking I rushed to him.

„Jeonghan!" I yelled out.

He looked at me with confused eyes.

„Laureen?" he said my name.

„Can we...talk for a sec?" I asked shyly.

He stood up and came to you.

Jeonghan is so handsome and he always dresses up nicely. It's almost unreal that he'd like me.

„Hm...I just...wanted to check something." I didn't know how to start.

„And that is?" he put his hands into his pockets.

„Hmm...what do you think about my clothes today?" this is the only way of checking if it's him that came into my mind.

He laughed out loud. „Why would you ask me that?"

„Just...because." there's no point in explaining cause I already got a hunch that it's not him.

Otherwise he wouldn't react like that.

„It's just...your style. Neat and kind of...American if you know what I mean." the fact that he said this made me sure that it's not him.

His friends called him so he quickly went back to sit with them.

Great, now I'm back at having no clue who's my secret admirer.

I found Joshua with my eyes and went to him.

He was eating his lunch contently and I just sat down quietly.

„What's with that long face?" he asked.

„It's not Jeonghan." I said simply.

„Wow....that's surprising." he stated and I gave him a death stare.

„Was that irony?!" I was not in a mood for jokes.

„Wow...you seem really angry."

„I am. But you know what? I'm not giving up. I have to find out who's behind it." my firm mode was on again.

„How?" he looked so done with me.

„I just have to be cautious. It can be anyone and sooner or later I'll notice him." I was looking around the school yard.

„Yeah...I really hope so." he added quietly.

„Got it! It's Seungkwan! He's always been so nice to me!" another one on my list of potential secret admirers.

„Okay I gotta go!" I needed to find Seungkwan quickly.

It was quite easy cause he's always in the library.

„Seungkwan!" I yelled out and he looked at me.

„Oh! Laureen. Hi!" he smiled warmly.

So far so good.

„So...what are you up to these days?" I sat down next to him.

I could tell that he was really surprised by my question.

„What am I up to?" he laughed a bit.

„Hmm...I study really hard cause I want to join a chemistry club." his answer was not as I expected it to be.

„That's all? You don't have anyone on your mind right now?" I smiled.

„H-how did you know that?" he was shocked and I felt so close to finding my secret admirer.

„Oh come on! Of course I found out!" I laughed awkwardly.

„Okay...I'll tell since you already know...but you can't tell anyone." he whispered.

„What?" I got confused.

„The reason why I want to join the chemistry club is...a girl." he closed his eyes cause he was embarrassed.

„What girl?" I didn't like where this was going.

„JaeAh."

Wow. He was really talking about someone else.

I sat there dumbfounded and speechless.

Well...at least I know that it's not Seungkwan.

„Do you know her? Did she maybe tell you something about me?" he asked several questions but I just stood up.

„No I...don't know her. Sorry...I gotta go now." I left the library and this time I decided to come up with a serious plan.
