Jungkook's POV:

"You aren't joking? The doctor would've told us if he was pregn-", I tried to say again. "That's because any test wouldn't have been effective yet. Jimin has only been pregnant for about a week and a half or so.", he interjected.

I had to cover my mouth as I gasped. My heart is racing so fast and my breathing is unstable. I don't know if I was afraid or excited, maybe both.

I can't help but have mixed feelings about this. We're to young to have children at this age, but that doesn't mean that we couldn't. I mean, we do want to have one.

"I hope it's a girl.", I shrugged and Uncle Hyunnie chuckled at me. "What if I was just kidding?", he suddenly said and my eyes widened.

"Uncleeeeeee....", I called out as I dragged the last syllable. "Please don't play around. Is Jimin hyung really pregnant?", I asked seriously.

"No, I was just testing if you'd be a good son in law. Didn't you know that although omegas take birth control pills, it's hard to get male ones pregnant unless they take a specific pill after stopping from using the birth control for a week.", he explained with human words that's what I was thankful for.

Scientific terms aren't my thing, I'm so glad that my thesis project has ended earlier this school year. I blinked several times while processing what just happened.

I was just being tested. "You go continue with your studying. Don't worry about Jimin. I have brought some specific meds for him to take to reduce hormonal stress.", he said soothingly.

Uncle Hyunnie is like my surrogate mother, he pecked my forehead like how he would always do it with his own children. I wasn't different from his family, it always felt like I belonged in there.

As I came back to studying, I can't help but think about the yopic of Jimin's pregnancy. Why am I disappointed when he said that it wasn't true?

Is it because I did want a baby? Is it because of the recent conflicts we're having regarding Yeonjoo? Is it the mating bond that drives me to feel this way?

I have a lot of questions curculation my mind until Uncle Hyunnie's small snoring sounds echoed around the room. He had placed himself on the same bed beside his son and they perfectly fit in that one tight space.

They were both small so I laid the blanket on top of Uncle as well. I kissed Jimin hyung's forehead and went back to studying until I felt asleep on the desk.

The next morning, I was woken up early by someone who tapped my back and when I looked up, it was Jin hyung who brought me a change of clothes, Jimin's car keys and breakfast.

I looked at the mother and son who were still comfortably sleeping beside each other. "I had called the nurse earlier to change Jimin's dextrose because it was about to finish.", Jin hyung whispered.

I checked the time and it was exactly at 7 o'clock... "Hmmm... Yeonjoo needs his lunchbox.", I unconsciously whispered to myself. "Taehyung and Hoseok took care of it.", Jin hyung whispered again and pushed to to enter the hospital bathroom.

Once I was done with a small shower and into the new change of clothing, I was prepared and fresh to take the exams later today.

I kissed Jimin's cheek as he hasn't woken up yet and I had to leave. The exams finishes before lunch so I can just go join Yeonjoo again, but I don't really want to see that nosy teacher who thinks that she knew everything.

I decided against that and decided to go back to the hospital if Jimin hyung is still confined in here for later.

I left while waving to Jin hyung who still takes care of me when I need him the most. He just knew my needs even if I don't say anything. A big fat parental mood, right?
