San Francisco Police Dept

As everyone was leaving the station, the detectives held the car doors open for Greta and Nikki as they climbed into the back of their unmarked car. They drove out to the house Greta had been sharing with Jimmy for nearly a year to help her retrieve her personal belongings. Anything else she wanted would have to wait. They explained how only suitcases would be possible or anything she could carry on her would be allowed in the trunk of the car.

Once they arrived, one of the detectives stayed with the women while the other went inside to check and make sure nobody was home. If there was, the warrant would be issued and another squad car would be called out to take him back to the station.

After a few minutes passed, the first detective came out, ushering Greta and Nikki inside so they could start packing what she wanted to take. As they walked through the living room, Greta did a quick glance and kept going to the bedroom. As she went for her suitcases, Nikki watched her and waited for instruction. Greta sent Nikki to the nightstand across the room to retrieve everything from the drawer.

While Greta was packing her clothes and other things from the closet, she gave Nikki the small suitcase to put everything from the drawer. Nikki could see Greta wanted to be quick so she checked the bathroom for anything she had in it.

When Greta noticed what she was doing she called out to her, telling her what items to get and went back to finishing the second suitcase. Once Greta was certain she had everything that belonged to her, she locked both of her large rolling suitcases, her toiletry case and left.

As they were walking back from the bedroom, Det. Melona was standing in the living room waiting for the ladies to return and her partner was standing outside the front door, keeping watch.

Once they got back to the police station, Det. Slade said You have the restraining order with you, Miss Isaacs. Mr Whitfield hasnt been notified about it so if you or your friend happen to see him anywhere near by, you can call the police. Miss Brady, if you should see him, you can tell him about the restraining order and the distance he has to keep from Miss Isaacs.

If Mr. Whitfield doesnt adhere to the order, call 911 and someone will be there to arrest him.
Both the women thanked the detectives for their help and they were handed business cards to contact the station directly.

As Nikki and Greta loaded her suitcases into the trunk of her car, Nikki said, Whatever you decide to do, you stay in touch with me.

Greta nodded her head and they hugged.

Im going back to the hotel for the night and get my bearings first. Ive got to call my aunt and tell her about the urn thats being delivered so she doesnt get surprised.

Nikki watched Greta get back in her car and drive away before getting back to work.

As Nikki was pulling into the parking lot of the ER, she saw Jimmys car parked by the entrance. Oh shit, now what?

As she was going back inside, Jimmy was coming back out and spotted her.

Nikki? Wheres Greta? I just came to find her but nobody knows where she is. She never came back last night and I dont like to worry.

Nikki is used to thinking quickly. Im sorry Jimmy but I just got back from my lunch break and I havent seen her yet, and kept walking inside.

Jimmy just watched her walk in and followed her.

I know she talks to you! Tell me where she is!

Nikki turned around and realized he was following her back inside the ER. She felt safer inside her work area than outside right now. Several people could hear Jimmy yelling at her and turned to look.
