Sophia took a break from standing beside Simon's body crying her eyes out as Clary and Jace went to Simon's house cause Clary wasn't sure which choice she'd make.

The brunette was wiping at her eyes as she walked through the institute searching for anything to pass her time when she bumped into Magnus, "Oh sorry Magnus, I wasn't looking" She said about to leave.

Magnus noticed the brunette's teary eyes he put his hand on her shoulder stopping her from leaving, "Is everything okay, Snowpea? Is it because of what you discovered yesterday?"

"No, it's Simon. He's dead but he can come back as a vampire. I'm just not sure if it's even the right decision anymore. I don't know what to do, Magnus" She ranted wiping at her eyes as a few tears escaped.

Magnus nodded, "You have to ask yourself if you're going to be able to live with whatever choice you make"

"Yeah, it's not that easy" Sophia replied with a distant look before walking past Magnus to go back to Simon.

"Oh, hey wait, could you give this to Alec?" Magnus asked the brunette who turned around frowning at the warlock.

"Why won't you do it yourself?" She asked looking at the report in Magnus' hand.

He shrugged handing her the report, "I have other matters to attend to. Now excuse me" He excused himself before walking away from Sophia who rolled her eyes in annoyance.

The brunette walked around the institute searching for the older Lightwood before she finally walked into the training room

"Hey Alec. Magnus sent you this...." Sophia stopped in her tracks when she noticed Alec shirtless sweat dripping on his perfect abs with the runes all over his body making it more sexy than it should.

She traced each rune with her eyes drinking the sight up, Alec stopped punching the bag staring at the brunette, she cleared her throat as she couldn't take her eyes of his abs, "Sorry should've knocked" He sighed grabbing his jacket and suiting up.

"You didn't have to do that" She muttered silently, Alec stared at the file in her hand with his eyebrows furrowed, "What is this?"

She shrugged handing him the report, "I don't know some report"

He sighed putting the report aside and focusing on the brunette, "Are you okay? I know about Simon, Mundane was a pain in the ass but he didn't deserve to die"

"He's not dead, yet" She was about to leave when Alec grabbed her arm, "Sophia" She turned around staring at his hand on her arm.

He let her go staring at her, "If you turn Simon, you'll be cursing him to an immortal life, he won't be able to even see the sun"

"Don't you think I know that? I just---I can't lose him, my whole life is turned upside down. I need my best friend my brother with me and there's still a lot of things that Simon didn't get to experience, it's not fair"
