Dear Emberly,

I know this is last minute and rushed but it's a life or death situation. Earlier this year we found about a stone that Hagrid took to Hogwarts for safekeeping. We questioned him and he eventually told us about it. We didn't acknowledge it at first but it turned out to be A stone that lets you live forever as long as you continue to drink the elixir. Later, we did more research and realized the creators of the stone were Nicolas Flamel and Dumbledore but, in the wrong hands, it can be dangerous. That's why Hagrid took it to Hogwarts.

Once Hagrid delivered it to Hogwarts the teachers hid it but as always Hagrid let it slip where and what was guarding the stone. He did this by getting too drunk with an old man revealing his secrets in return for a dragon and don't worry the dragon is safe in Romania with one of Ron's brothers. Anyways, he told the mysterious man who we believed to be Snape that the stone was hidden on the third-floor corridor under the three-headed dog named fluffy. He also told the man that to get past the dog you have to play it music.

This then leads us here. We think that Snape is going to take the stone to bring Voldemort back to life. So to save the wizarding world, Hermione, Ron and I are going to go save the stone. I'm telling you this because if I don't make it then remember I love you and that Ron's family will take great care of you but, if I do make it remember I still love you and I'll see you in a few days.

Love,

Harry

Emberlys heart shattered. After all this waiting, after all this pain she went through all for nothing. She cried all those nights when she wished Harry was here and she may never be able to see her brother, her best friends. His cheeky smile or his unruly black hair.

Normally she would break down crying but over the past few days, she felt drained from school, housework and Dudley. Instead, she sat on her bed and placed her head in her hands and breathed.

After last night Emberly fell asleep. Not as enjoyable but refreshing. She had a feeling everything was going to be ok, that she would see her brother again.

Later that day while Emberly was sorting out her clothes she heard a tap at her window. Instantly she jumped up from her position on the floor and headed towards the window. She then stopped herself from opening the window and realized it wasn't Hedwig but a medium-sized brown owl with a letter tied to its claw. She cautiously opened the window and immediately the owl swopped into the window and settled on the bedpost.

Timidly she reached for the letter, she didn't know what this owl could do or who it belong to so, she took the letter cautiously. Slowly she opened it and realized it was a Hogwarts letter addressed to herself and a letter from an unknown sender.

Her world fell silent. Not because of discomfort or disappointment but excitement. She would be attending Hogwarts just like her brother. She couldn't help but let a squeal leave her lips but immediate regret settled in.

Thudding steps then came up the stairs and abruptly the door opened meeting Uncle Vernon's gaze.

"What are you on about girl?" He spat. His eyes then travelled to the owl then the letter in her hands. "So you've been accepted at that freaky school as well? Good riddance, soon we'll be rid of you too."

Emberly let out a breath, she was expecting more from him like yelling or something else. She felt relieved but uneasy. Uncle Vernon then left the room closing the door a bit too loudly.
