Yo this jail shit ain't for me I swear but ya boy been having good behavior so the Judge been talking about letting me out so a nigga was happy. Y/n looks like shes very happy with Aug and ya know I wish them the best but deep down that shit hurts like a bitch but I let her slip through my fingers. Well today was another day in court, the judge was discussing how good I've been doing lately I really do hope I get out because it's bad enough I spent my birthday in jail and I don't plan on spending anymore time in here.
While we was in court I was happy too see my moms and Y/N. Kae was there too but we still talking shit out I guess.
"So Mr.Brown I've decided to let you be released tomorrow but on one condition, you listening ?"
"Yes sir"
"You will be continuing the community service but I'm adding 5,000 hours too it do you understand me"
"Yes thank you your honor" I smiled a Lil
"Alright Mr.Brown don't let me see you in this court room for an offense again son, you inspire too many people including kids to see you up in jail now court adjourned" he beat his gavel against the podeum
"Thank you" I hugged my Attorney
"No thank yourself for doing what you got to do"
After I said my goodbyes I went back to the cell for the last time.
Y/N POV
I'm really happy Chris is coming out, that means my child wouldnt have too not meet her father for her first years of living.
"I'm excited to see my son come out y/n I never want to go through this ever again" Mama J smiled
"I know Mama J, he'll be able to see his child be born"
"I know, now have you found out what the little angel is"
"Its a girl"
"Awwwwwww I'm happy hun I can't wait to spoil my grandbaby" she rubbed my tummy
I was now 6 months pregnant and Aug was on tour for basically 2 months and I missed him so much.
Kae walked over to Mama J
"Hey Mama J are you ready for Chris tomorrow"
"Mhm" she gave her a stank look
"Did I do something"
"Besides from being a Gold Digging bitch to almost hurting my grand child nah you ok"
"I thought you liked me though" Kae looked real dumb at this point of time
"No girl there is a difference with toleration and liking, I tolerate you I don't like you...just because I'm not pestoring my son to leave does not me I like you" we grabbed my hand and we walked away
"Well go on mama j with yo bad self" I laughed
"Hey I had to let it be known"
"Well I have a plan for Chris when he comes home, we could throw a big surprise party for him and invite everyone."
"That's a great idea hun. Let's call red to have him and mijo decorate around the house" she pulled out her phone
We got in the car to get some things to cook for tomorrow. I can't wait too see his reaction.
In the morning
I decided to sleep over since I didn't want to be lonely without Aug. When I got up I did my hygiene thing and got dress (multimedia)
"Y/n hunny you ready to get him" mama j came in
"Yeah" I added a spritz of my perfume and grabbed my purse
"Omg your very glowy today hun" she took a picture on her phone
"Really Mama" I chuckled
"What it was a Kodak moment, ok ok let's go" she left the room and followed behind
Chris Pov
"Christopher Brown, it time for you to get ready" the guard came into my cell and brought me clothes
"Thank you and ok" I took them I looked in the bag everything was new too shit a nigga finna be fresh. Since I took a shower and brushed my teeth I was ready with minutes
"Ok I'm ready" I told the gaurd
She nodded her head and we walked to the front where I got the things I had when I was put in here
"Bye Christopher be good now" an old officer who was very nice
"I got you" I gave her a hug and walked out the door too see Y/n and my momma
I smiled really hard as I got over too them, I gave my momma a warm long hug
"I missed you momma" I kissed her forehead
"I missed you too sweety" she released me and shed a few happy tears
I looked at Y/n and of course she was as beautiful
"You just gon stare negro" she laughed
I hugged her tightly but not too tightly and gave her stomach containing my baby a kiss
"Ok you 2 lets go" we all got in the car
I laid my head on Y/n's stomach and she rubbed her fingers through my curls. The whole car ride was silent and when we pulled up they covered my eyes and helped me out the car and walked to wherever they were taking me
"SURPRISE !!" They removed he blindfold and I saw all my people
"Welcome baby boy" mama and Y/n came out with a big cake inspired by my upcoming album X
Honestly this shit was heart warming that I shed a few tears of mine shit I ain't got nothing to be ashamed

"Welcome home babe" she basically pushed my Baby moms out the way
"Kae for one watch how you pushing my baby moms man I ain't tryna deal with ya bull, I just got out only 30 mins ago" I sighed
"Sorry baby" she gave me those puppy eyes but I wasnt having it I left out of her presence and had fun for the rest of the day
