Chapter 11

I took a deep breath and brought my bags down. I looked at Joey and sat next to him.

" come with me" I said he looked at me strangely and came closer.

"What do you mean" he asked I shrugged my shoulders and grabbed his hand.

"I don't know, I mean we've gone threw so much let's start over let's go somewhere far and forget everything" I said putting a strand that fell out of my bun back.

" no Kay just because everything is being thrown at you doesn't mean you have to run from it you've done this before come on, you know this is not what you want. Inside you want to be with Blake and have the dream family you never had here" he said I knew what he was saying was the truth,I just didnt want to face reality.

Now my decision was no longer the same I knew even if I wanted to run, Zach will somehow find this time I would not be able to run again. And the love I feel for Blake is stronger than no other, I couldn't just get up,and leave.

Everything was so complicated and difficult, I felt like I lost my mind. I touched my cheek and winced at the pain. I can never be happy. I wasn't meant to. I don't deserve the happiness of having someone arms around me and the happiness of it.

I got up and grabbed my bags. I got in the car and drove to the motel Blake was staying in. I knocked on the door and looked down just to look up again by how fast he opened it.  He smiled and brought me in. I just stayed put not showing any emotion.

" oh baby I knew you would come, God I love you so much Kayla" he whispered into my hair.

I pushed him away with tears in my eyes and gave him the little black box.

" Blake I didnt come here to be in a relashionship with you I came to tell you I'm leaving, I need to go not just for me but for everyone here..I just wanted you to know that I love you no matter what" I kissed his cheek and kept my hands on his face. I smiled and walked off by someone grabbing my hand.

" I will find you and I will make sure that one day you will get the happiness you need until that day I want you to keep this" he said giving me the ring that I so wanted on my finger but sadly knew for now that,wouldn't happen.

I smiled and left. I drove for hours only stopping for gas and food. I felt like I lost the most important thing in my life yet couldn't keep it because of my past.

But maybe that's how things are supposed to be.

A month later~

I looked up when Beatrice called my name. I sat in the chair and let my hair loose from the ponytail.

"So what do you want to do to you hair" she asked smiling.

" surprise me" I closed my eyes and knew this was the best thing for now.

I settled down in a small town. I bought a house and got a job in a local lawyer office doing paper work. I decieded to get a new look to.

I made knew friends and lived a somewhat peaceful life. I've kept in touch with Kate only to find out that she was in a relashionship with my brother. I was happy for them.

As for Blake he's tried to get in touch with me so I changed my phone and now my look. I just want a fresh start.

When Beatrice was done I looked in the mirror to see that my long hair is now up to my shoulders and in waves, I also have side bangs. It was pretty cute.

I thanked her and got my nails dine for the party tonight in my job. I left and went to buy a new dress. I called on of my new friends Isabel and told her to meet me in the store where I was gonna go buy the dress.
