"Zee?" Saint uttered gently as he grazes his arms on the soft grass he's been sitting on.
"Hmm?" Zee hummed in response. He had both his arms under his head, staring at the night sky.
"Have you-" Saint paused, unsure if he wanted to ask the question. "Nevermind."
"What is it?"
"It's nothing. I guess I'm just wondering." Saint laid down facing Zee.
"About what?"
"Have you ever wondered who you'd be if you hadn't lost your memories?"
Zee froze. He has his eyebrows in a knot seemingly thinking hard to come up with an answer. Saint looked at him, waiting. A few seconds of silence passed.
"Sometimes." Zee smiled bitterly at the stars. He turned to his side and stared at Saint instead.
"But if I hadn't lost them, I wouldn't have met you."
