Why is it so dark? Am I dead? Oh god yes! Finally, it took way too long. I felt pain in my shoulder and I groaned and the thing that was touching it just stopped.
"Hikari! Can you hear us?" A voice asked as I heard some sobbing in the background and metal clanking and scraping, such an unsatisfying sound. It's like when your fork scrapes off your plate and it's just- ew.
"Well naw" I replied, My sight was slowly coming back to me and I saw Hitoshi standing over me like I was jack and he was the beanstalk. "Hello beanstalk man"
"What now?" He asked and I just shrugged. I looked around to see I was lying on the sofa with no knife in me anymore and Izuku and Momo were sitting on the floor sobbing. Well, mostly Izuku. I swear he has a secret quirk to do with crying... Izuku ran up to me and hugged me tightly, almost strangling me.
"I THOUGHT YOU DIED!" He sobbed, I patted his back awkwardly and then sat up as he got off me thanks to Hitoshi dragging him off.

I sighed, sitting on the sofa in the cafe feeding all the kittens. A few days ago I was stabbed, you'd think it would be fun right? WRONG. it's really not! For starters, I didn't die and now I've not been allowed to patrol which is getting annoying but it's been alright I guess. Today im finally allowed to go back out on patrol but in the cafe, I still have to just relax.
The worst thing about what im wearing right now is it shows off the massive bandage wrapped all around my shoulder as I hate wearing long sleeves so im wearing a vest. How annoying, I just hope nobody will ask.
The bell goes a few times while im trying to get Chibi to latch onto the bottle which took a while but she finally latched on which I was relieved about. I got up and walked towards the bed which was in the corner of the room and put Chibi in while Emiko stayed with me as she's grown attached to me like im her mother, It kinda cute.
I sat on the egg chair and curl up a bit, pulling my knees up to my chest with Emiko in between my knees and chest all warm.
I looked around the cafe, Someone was yelling at Izuku and he looked like he was about to cry to Hitoshi stepped in and told them to leave which was amusing. Karens these days.
"CaLm DoWn KaReN!" A boy with yellow hair and a black stripe in it said from a table near the Karens one.
There was a table with teenagers on, a few tables with young children who were hugging Koko. I watched them and made sure Koko didn't get annoyed and lash out which she didn't.
I heard the bell ding so I looked over at the door and saw the hero trio who usually come in here but this time they had who I like to call, rat satan and old healing bitch. I hate the guy, smart in all different ways but he has a lot of trauma supposedly. The old healing bitch I don't really know but she's old and has a cane and whacks people with it. terrifying.
Momo shows them to the only free table which happened to be in front of me and then walked off after handing them Menus. I just sat there, Kinda shielding my shoulder the best I could so it didn't attract attention.
"Look, it's that kitten girl." KITTEN GIRL?! is that what they call me? well, When im in the cafe I give myself cat ears and tails so I 'fit in' with the cats. My ears start to twitch as Emiko wakes up.
"Well, morning sleeping beauty.." I whispered to her as I brought down my knees and let her just lie on them while whining. "Toshiko! Can you bring me the toothbrush?"
"Yeah yeah, Whatever." I heard him grumble as he walks off and comes back with a pink toothbrush.
"Thanks!" I say as Hitoshi walks off from me. I've finally gotten used to our fake names now, Hitoshi is Toshiko, Me as Himari, Momo as Mito, and Izuku as Izuto. We tried to keep them close to our nicknames for each other but it didn't really work out that well in the end.
I use the toothbrush to groom Emiko as she starts to purr, I sigh and she ends up falling asleep again.
"Himari! We need your help up in here!" Momo, Known as Mito in the cafe, yells. I shout back saying alright and then get up carefully, making sure not to irritate my shoulder but it didn't work out well and a sharp pain went shooting through my body and I ended up falling on the floor. Luckily, Emiko was on the chair and I wasn't holding her.
"Himari!" I hear two male voices yell as they run over to me, I have my hand on my shoulder and I feel it's wet. Izuku and Hitoshi both kneel in front of me.
"You idiot, I told you not to irritate it anymore," Hitoshi grumbled as he got up to go fetch some bandages as Izuku lifted me up and went to put me on the chair but noticed Emiko was there.
"Shit... uh..." He looked around, Looking for someone to pick her up.
"Do you need help?" Eraserhead asked. Izuku nodded a lot and Eraserhead picked up Emiko as Izuku put me on the chair and looked at the bandage.
"You dumb idiot! I knew we should've gone to the hospital.." He yelled the first part but said the second part quieter.
"Izu... I feel faint..." I told him and he panicked.
"FUCK FUCK UHM! TOSHIKO! MITOOOoo DO SOMETHING!" He yelled, His voice breaking as he was panicking and I giggled a bit.
"Alright move you chicken," Momo announced as she pushed past Izuku and took off the bandage, and pressed a cloth on it. "Im never letting you leave the house again."
"Well, im sorry MoM but I can't help it!"
"You can't help the fact you got stabbed?"
"NOT HELPING TOSHI!" I heard someone sigh and then tell the others to move out the way and the old witch came closer to me.
"My names Recovery girl, Can I take a look at your shoulder dear?" She asked and I glared at her, looking for mean intent before nodding.
"As long as you don't whack me with that stick of yours" Momo took off the cloth and recovery girl had a closer look at it before nodding.
"Is it okay if I heal it for you?"
"I-i uhm- if it's n-not too much b-bother..." I stuttered out and she kissed me, I just immediately fell asleep after she did that... gesture.
