Eraserheads POV
Its been a week since the four children went missing, Honestly, I feel so guilty. I didn't open a case when we had the chance to do so and it's eating me up on the inside. I, Nemuri and Hizashi are currently on our way to a meeting with the other heroes working on their case so we can talk about progress.
I haven't been able to see them at all, They must be keeping under the radar. I've been busy with my new class, Well, Busy expelling them all. Currently, we have five people left in the class but I'm planning on expelling three as they aren't great. I know Hizashi teaches Hikari's older brothers and he says they aren't holding up well.
As we were walking, I bumped into a small girl with long pink flowy hair, She reminds me of Hikari. The little girl fell backward and dropped some books she was carrying.
"Oh my god, I'm so sorry!" She was quick to say as she picked up her booked, Hizashi and Nemuri bent down to help the kid pick them up.
"No its alright kid," I said as I patted her head, I noticed she flinched a bit but after she noticed it was just me she calmed down.
Three older kids ran up to us and looked down at the girl and my friends.
"Himari! There you are, Don't run ahead next time!" Said a boy with green hair.
"Sorry Izuto-Kun!" the 'Himari' girl said in reply as she stood up along with Hizashi and Nemuri.
The other two who were there with the girl were a purple-haired insomniac looking boy and a black-haired girl who had her hair in a high ponytail. I'd say the three taller ones are around 14 and the youngest looks around 10.
A face of realization came on the four's faces as they gasped.
"Wha-?" Hizashi started to only be cut off by the Izuto boy.
"omgitseraserheadandpresentmicwithmidnighttheyresocoolomg-" He was cut off his muttering rampage by the purple-haired boy hitting his head.
"Sorry." Insomniac boy said.
"No no, it's fine! I see you, little listeners, know who we are right?!" Hizashi yelled, Three of the kids flinched while the insomniac muttered a quick 'Too fucking loud' I smirked at that.
"Mhm! We've always been a big fan of underground heroes!" The black-haired girl said.
"Nice to meet some fans, We should be off though," Hizashi said, more calmly this time as I think he realized the youngest of the four had a quirk to do with animal ears.
"Okay! Goodbye Mr. Mic, Mr. Eraserhead, and Miss Midnight!" The youngest said. Midnight squealed at how cute her voice sounded, I smirked.
"Bye, Be safe," I said to them as they ran off with the books.
"What a peculiar bunch."
We got to the police station the meeting was at and went in, Nemuri went up and spoke to the receptionist. I noticed that he was blushing furiously, Of course, midnight would say something. Everyone thinks midnight is like this normally but in all honestly, she isn't. She's a really motherly figure to kids and great friends. Although she flirts with boys, Shes actually a lesbian and has no interest in men apart from watching them squeal and get embarrassed.
Nemuri waved us over and we followed her towards the meeting room, We walked in and everyone was already there and we were the last to get there.
We took a seat beside each other with Nemuri in the middle, Hizashi sitting beside Hawks and me sitting beside a police officer.
The detective walked in with a big ass folder and stood at the top of the U table so everyone was facing him, He clicked a button on a remote and a PowerPoint came up called 'The missing'.
"Good morning, You're all here today because of the four missing people and I have something else to inform you of." He started as he changed slides to the picture of Izuku Midoriya.
"As we know this is Izuku Midoriya, 14, Quirk Pyrokinesis." He swapped slides. "Momo Yaoyozuro, 14, Quirk is Creation." Slide switch. "Hitoshi Shinso, Age 14, Quirk is Brainwashing," And for the last time, He swapped slides to Hikari. "Hikari Suzuki, Age 12, Quirk is a rare version of shapeshifting. Any questions before we continue?"
Hawks put his hand up in the air, Tsukauchi nodded at him and he stood up.
"Just to be clear~ They knew each other before they ran away?" He asked as he sat back down, propping his feet on the desk.
"Yes, They all met at the hero gala a few years ago. The exact hero gala they were almost kidnapped from and since then some villains have been trying to track them."
"So they're wanted by villains?" Nemuri asked as she sat up straighter.
"Yes, We don't know why they want them but we managed to intercept a phone call between two villains talking about them." He said as he took an empty seat and pressed a button on the remote and it started playing a recording.
"Hey boss, The kids we've been looking for ran away from home. It could be our chance!"
"Yes, Indeed. I want you to collect the backup villains from the hideout."
"Yes sir!"
"All for one will be so proud of me..." Someone muttered before the recording cut off.
"As you can see, These villains want the four children alive. They are at risk of being kidnapped so we need to find them urgently." Tsukauchi said standing up from his chair and walking back in front of the board.
The door was quickly slammed open by a police officer I know as Sansa, Tsukauchi glared at him.
"Can we help you, Sansa?" He asked.
"I'm so sorry to disturb you! We have a letter from the missing children!" Sansa yelled as he waved around a letter, Tsukauchi went up and took it from him and stood in front of us all, opening it.
He took a deep breath before unfolding it and scanning through it.
"Dear heroes and police,
This is Hikari, Izuku, Hitoshi, and Momo writing this together. We wanted to let you know that we do want to come back but as you know, Villains are after us and we're terrified if we come back then we'd be putting people in danger.
We are keeping ourselves safe and are living somewhere which we can't tell you, But we have heating and a good bed to sleep in! So don't worry about us. We're wanting to ask you a favor, If you could can you make sure our parents go down for what they put us through? Hikari has been having terrible nightmares and panic attacks daily because of it and its really stressing everyone out.
You may be wondering, What so bad happened that we finally wanted to run away? Well it was different for all of us. There are four separate notes in here which will explain more and give you evidence that you need.
Bye for now!" Tsukauchi finished, He sighed and emptied the other notes out onto a table.
"Each letter has a hero's name on it... I guess each hero should read it then?" He said before handing a letter out to four heroes. One to Hawks, One to Mirko, One to Hizashi and... Wait one to me? "Oh and here's one to me as well," Tsukauchi said as he opened his up.
"In each letter, There's a hero's name on it. We each choose a hero we know who is working on our case to read ours as we sorta relate to them I guess. Just so you know, Don't tell the hero commission anything about what we say HAWKS. It could be dangerous for Hitoshi and Hikari.
