✎ᝰ maybe viewing hunter's snapchat story wasn't the best idea after what had happened between them the other day.

after hunter had left him that night, he did a lot of crying and a lot of thinking as well; finally acknowledged the unruly pattern they kept going through.

hunter would come back & wait around a couple of weeks, then push intimacy and when kairi wouldn't give in to it he would simply leave just to come back and repeat the same cycle yet again.

but atleast he would come back and that's all kairi really needed— the feeling of being wanted by someone.

so seeing hunter with someone else, several girls, felt like a big slap on the face to kairi.

he felt like he was back to square one, alone & miserable. the somewhat unreliable happiness— toxicity, was now gone right along with hunter. he didn't know how to feel, before he knew it would only be a matter of time for hunter to come back but now he wasn't so sure.

he hated how hunter had the ability to make or ruin his day. his happiness was in his hands, it always would be.

after contemplating it for a while, kairi decided to call him. if sex was what would make hunter stay with him, so be it. he didn't even care anymore at this point, he just wanted him back no matter what he had to lose.

meanwhile, hunter chucked at the caller id that brightly lit up his phone. he'd be lying if he didn't say he was expecting this, he thought kairi was desperate & pathetic but he didn't know he was that desperate.

"hunter??" kairi silently questioned after the elder had answered the call, making hunter smirk at the tone kairi was speaking in already.

"hmm pretty?" hunter spoke softly, knowing kairi would be elated due to the sweet talk that he wished to get from hunter more often.

just like he had expected, the cute pet name had kairi blushing profusely on the other side of the call. now he was sure with what he was about to tell hunter. the anger of seeing hunter with someone else was way forgotten by now.

all he could think about was getting hunter's attention back no matter what it took.

"i think i'm ready."
