you're a third year at UA and the second semester of the year just started . .  .

It was lunch time and you were sitting around with Mina, Ochaco, Jirou, Momo, and Tsuyu and and were on the topic of crushes...

"So..." Mina started, picking up one of your braids and twirling it around her finger. " So Y/N do you like Denki or nah?" Your eyes widened at how casually that exited her mouth. It was true, but it wasn't meant to be said aloud.

"Whoa you like Denki?" Jirou crosses her arms over her chest and raised a brow at you in disbelief. You looked around at everyone else and it seemed at though they were thinking the same thing.

"I mean yeah, is that a problem? What he do?" The girls all exchanged looks as though they knew something you didn't.

"...Why do you like him?" Momo asked you as nicely as she could to mask the majority thought. You liked Denki because when you first came to UA, he was very friendly towards you despite how different you were from the other classmates in the school. He made you laugh and didn't mind hanging out with you and helping you out after school when you needed it. So you didn't know why your friends didn't take it so well when they heard that you had a crush on him.

"He's funny and he's nice to me."

"Anybody can make you laugh and be nice to you, Y/N.." Jirou was right, but something about him just attracted you to him, you felt that he was different.

"Denki is nice to everyone, every girl-" Ochaco started.
"He's a hoe." Tsuyu says bluntly, without a filter whatsoever. The girls tried to hold in their laughs.

"TSU! Don't say that-"

"But it's true *ribbit*. He has a lot of bodies and I wouldn't want Y/N-Chan to get caught up in that." You were still fairly new to UA and wasn't caught up with any of the drama so you didn't know if it was true, but it was considerate of your friends to try to look out for you.

Mina laughs, picking up a handful of your braids and playing with them. "So you saying he got a STD?"
"No no, I'm not saying that because we don't know. You know he don't care much for getting tested." You watched the girls talk among themselves about the situation because you really were debating on whether or not you still want to pursue a *serious* relationship with him.

"Let's not alter how Y/N feels about him. She probably really likes him and maybe their relationship would be different and he'll actually change for her." Momo tried to de-escalate the situation yet again.

"Last semester he gave Shiozaki a pregnancy scare-"

"TSU!" All of this you were hearing was definitely not making your feelings towards Denki any better, but you'd still want to see for yourself what kind of person he was.

"Don't worry Y/N," Mina put a hand on your shoulder.  "If you like him, go for it. If he does some fuck-shit to you, we'll handle it, no prob."

Soon, lunch was over and it was time to get back into class.

It was the end of the last class of the day and you were packing up your things into your bag, the conversation at much still on your mind. 'Should I even bother?' You thought. Despite what you were thinking, you wanted to tell him anyway. The sooner you did it, the better you'd thought you'd be.

You also remembered that you had cheerleading practice after school today outside in the stands, where the soccer team normally practices. Denki was on the soccer team and was known for being a star and show-off, especially when he knew he was being watched.

You picked up your bag and walked to your locker to get your changing bag when Denki came up behind you and pulled at your braid. You quickly turned around to face him.

"Hey where's cheer practice today?"

"It's outside today." You got your bag out your locker and swung it over your shoulder. "Mina ain't tell you?"

"She's not talking to me today. Dunno why.." he trailed. "Imma go get changed out, you wanna head out there together? I'll wait for you."

"Okay yeah sure sure.." The interaction between you and Denki was really awkward and it was never like this. So just how you had something on your mind, he probably had something on his.

so we gonna end this here, I will make a part two, I just didn't want this to be too long. I'll be changing a couple things about this book, not too drastic, so you won't notice.
