Hunting season, is the time which was decreed by King Asgore, where any monster citizens will participate in hunting down any humans just for sport. If they were to catch you, you'll either be killed and mounted or be their slave, and with Matt having the highest points on him, he'll be auctioned to the highest bidder to receive the same fate.
Matt ran out to the wall to see who would be competing. Charlie told him to wait but ignored her as he neared the wall. He has seen some competitors that he recognized and some new faces as well. The first one Matt could easily recognize was a wolf monster that he seen on the hunting grounds far too many times. Maybe he was scouting around to better understand the layout of the place. He always wears a standard military uniform just to make him undetectable by humans, but we can see him, he stook out more than a kid trying to get into a grownup movie.
Wolf Monster: alright let's get this hunt started, oh I want to see if that bounty human is here. I just can't wait to get all that G *snarl*
An average-sized cyclops intervened in the wolf's dialog to himself. You can tell that the cyclops was easily a gym instructor by how the way he was built but he also had blood on his tank top. Matt wouldn't know if it was from something he ate or just ketchup.
Cyclops: not so fast you overgrown puppy, if anyone is to capture that bounty kid then it's me.
A bird monster cut the cyclops off like the wolf. The bird almost resembled Big Bird from sesame street, if it wasn't for the fact that this bird would literally kill you if he didn't have these long sharp nails. All the bird was wearing was some ripped blue skinny jeans.
Bird Monster: oh, I bet you're gonna catch him with your lack of deaf perception. You will run into a wall before we even start.
The Cyclops looks at the bird monster as he got up close to his face
Cyclops: oh go pick worms off the ground you Sesame Street reject. We can't even start yet without the gamekeeper to start the game.
???: HAH! Is this all the competition has to offer, just weak lower-class monsters.
Matt instantly realized that booming voice, it was King Asgore himself. Asgore looked over the hunting grounds. He was already smirking as if he already won.
Asgore: *focusing* this won't be much of a challenge, I already know where the target is.
The Wolf Monster got right in front of the king's face.
Wolf Monster: *snarling* not so fast Your Highness but I've already claimed the Bounty kid as my queue, if you think I'm gonna let you get him then I'm gonna--
Asgore then proceeded to chock the wolf around his neck. He summoned his heavy blade and pointed it at the wolf's head
Asgore: now choose your next word carefully, cause if it's something that's gonna get me really mad, I'm gonna make sure you'll be put down..... PERMANENTLY.
Asgore then dropped the wolf harshly onto the ground and the wolf backed up.
Asgore: besides, *looks behind him* this will be an actual first that the gamekeeper is allowing two kids of my chosen to be able to participate in this.
The trio looked behind them to see the prince of all monsters, Asriel and along with a monster kid who doesn't have any arms.

Asriel had his arms crossed like he doesn't want to be here, while Monster Kid just huffed. Then the gamekeeper came along with his human pet to meet the monsters who are participating. The gamekeeper was just some reindeer.
Gamekeeper: welcome to this human hunt--
Asgore: *impatient* just skip to the part where we can go on with this.
Cyclops: Y-Yeah, if we wanted to hear someone talk, I'd rather hear that annoying cube talking about the weather than listen to your talk.
The grown monsters were yelling at the gamekeeper while Asriel was looking at the side where the humans reside at
Asriel: so this is where that dumb idiot lives.
Monster Kid interrupted Asriel's thought
Monster Kid: Yo, I just can't wait to catch me some humans. I'm gonna capture them all and force them to work for me.
Asriel looked at Monster Kid
Asriel: you idiot, you don't get it, do you?
Monster Kid: what do you mean?
Asriel pitched the fur between his eyes and explained simply.
Asriel: They don't care about capturing any human, they are only eyeing the one human that's been able to slip away from them undetected and get away with ease. That's these idiots' real target: capture the bounty kid.
Monster kid: yo, I heard that if you see him, he'll vanish in a quick flash. Not even magic will be able to catch him.
Asriel: which is why I'm going to capture him.
Monster kid: hahaha.....y-you thin......that you ha....can catch.......HAHAHAHAHAAAHA!
Asriel then hit Monster Kid as he hit the ground, he was rubbing his cheek with his tail.
Monster kid: geez dude, I was just joking.
Asriel just ignored him. He wanted to catch Matt to prove that he was better than him. He imagines how Matt easily avoided him and save him from that truck. It only wants him to capture him way more. Way more than the adults, way more than his father, and way more than his pride.
As the gamekeeper calmed down the adults, he continued he talk but got to the end
Gamekeeper: now everyone knows the rules: any human you kill is a point, catch the infamous bounty kid then you will decide its fate.
The gamekeeper backed up a somehow held a gun up.
Gamekeeper: now let the human hunt......Begin
BANG!!
The adult monsters ran in different directions and Asgore wasn't moving.
Asgore: .......
Asriel grabbed Monster kid, who was still on the ground, by the tail and dragged him to where Matt was hiding.
Matt: Uh oh
Matt quickly ducked into the bush hoping not to get spotted as Asriel ran past it without a second thought. Matt poked his head to see that Asriel had a head start.
Matt: I hope everyone will be ok after this.
Matt jumped out of the bushes and ran into the grounds, unknowing of him someone was watching from afar.
