"Miss Styles, your guide just left his class, he should be here any minute." The stout woman at the front desk mumbled from behind her computer. Harry's guide was already waiting for him when we arrived. I absent mindedly rolled my eyes when the women set out a school planner and map in front of her. "Remind me, again, Why couldn't I have gone with my brother?" The women gnawed on her lip, trying to hold back. It's about the eighth time I'd asked. In all honesty, I'm actually enjoying watching her get so flustered and irritated.

"Because, Salem, you have a different schedule. It would take far too long for one guide to show you both to your separate classes." She spat. "Besides, Zayn should be here-"

Of course, just then, Zayn walked in. He seemed to walk on air as he glided across the room to greet, The principal. Broad shouldered, with ebony dark hair, and tanned skin. His eyes, is what caught my attention at first, a deep reflective gold. If only I had my prismacolor pencils right now, I thought. "Damn." I groaned, quietly. Now how can I concentrate.

"Language!"

He scoffed, rolling his honey brown eyes. "Fuck, already annoyed with me, yeah?" Mrs. Stick-up-her_
-ass already started to write out a detention slip, and the boy's eyes widened. Quickly I grabbed his arm, dragging him out of the room. "Thank you miss, we really should get going!" We walked quickly down the hall.

Once we reached a common area, Zayn pulled his arm back. "What was that? I don't remember doing anything to you?!" He didn't look angry, but more conflicted. Almost like he wanted to say something else, but it didn't matter at the time.

Another boy walked into the room behind him."Zayn, Why so rough?" He had a higher voice, but light and almost comforting. "Don't want to scare away fresh meat, before the others meet her."

"Not now, Louis. I'm giving Salem, here, a tour. Now if you'll-" Louis smiled and like as if that was enough zayn stopped talking, unlike his voice his smile was wicked. And his eyes lit up in a way that sent shivers down my spine. "I'll tag a long."

"Salem, right?" Louis said as he sat beside me.We lounged on a brick wall next to room A16, which is Zayn's 5th period. He was stopping by all his classes to pick up his work. Louis was facing toward, only his profile was visable. As an artist, I can't help but study his sharp features. The lighting hit his cheek bones perfectly, shading in most of his features. On a cloudy day, like today, everything seemed to lose color, but his eyes remained a painfully bright blue.

Breaking my trance, he waved his hands on front of her face. "Hello?" The way his lips curved into a smirk made Salem take everything back. There was something about him that reminded her of Harry.

"Sorry," I scoffed. "Yeah, it's Salem. You're Louis? Um, is Zayn always this..." I was at a loss of words, I dont know how to really explain his weird aloofness.

"Uptight?" Louis giggled, "No. He's usually the school's flirtatious olived skined free spirit, he's just grumpy because he hasn't eaten. I get cranky when I'm hungry as well," he winked. "watch out."

"You know, you're very-"

"Cunningly handsome, the embodinet of a god, sexy, halrious, smart witted?" he rolled his words in a joking manner, but some how I knew he wasnt kidding.

"Conceded," I laughed. "I was going to say confident, but the big head of yours has got in the way." I smirked, bumping shoulders.

"I'm gay," He blurted. Salem wasn't completely shocked, she knew something felt oddly familiar. The lack of socks, tight cuffed jeans, perfect hair; All stereotypes, that just happened to be true in this case. "No flirting, little one."
