Hello, hello! I can't explain how excited I am to write down these methods and help you guys with shifting. I'm such a nerd lmao. Anyways, don't be embarrassed to ask questions. I still haven't shifted yet, but I have been super close! I also get my info from Amino, so don't worry!! I hope these tips and tricks will help you guys successfully shift into your desired realities!

Tips:

*Meditating before you shift has a big impact on shifting. It helps release your stress and bring positivity to your mind.

*Positivity is super important because BELIEVING is the key to shifting.

*A quiet, comfortable place would be suggested to shift in (obviously ahjkdshfjk).

*I promise you, it's impossible to get stuck in your dr.

*Limit yourself! Take a break for a few days or maybe even a week. Trying to shift drains a lot of energy, so you need to restore that energy in order to have more of a chance of shifting.

*Please remember that shifting depends on the person! It may take a few weeks or months, you might even shift on your first day! Be patient and believe :)

Shifting slangs new shifties might not know:

DR: Desired Reality, the reality you wish to be in. The reality you will be shifting to.

CR: Current reality, the reality you're in right now. The reality you will be leaving behind to shift to your desired reality. (Not leaving behind as in forever).

WR: Waiting room, the room or place you create to prepare yourself before entering your dr. It helps you decide whether or not you're ready to enter. It is optional for those who feel like they need it. If you don't want a waiting room, you don't need to make one.

My experience:

So I've been trying to shift for almost a month now. I take breaks every once in a while and trust me, taking breaks are IMPORTANT. I know it's hard because you long to be in your dr, but it'll be worth it once you shift.

I've been getting many signs of shifting, like feeling disconnected to this cr and feeling more connected to my dr, I've been feeling a lot more drowsy, I never got headaches but now I do, I've been starting to forget or not care about my cr things like school, my phone etc.

Last night, I tried two methods combined (which I will be explaining next chapter). Those methods work best for me because the results I got were the closest I had to shifting. I started to forget where I was and started to focus on where I wanted to be. I felt the temperature, smelt new smells, imagined the reality in first person, it felt like my body was being lifted to another place. I imagined what it would sound like there, and who would wake me up. I imagined the scenes from my dr and started to say affirmations, making my body numb and tingly. I fell asleep repeating my affirmations, but unfortunately I didn't shift. Just remember that when you aren't shifting, that's just a step closer to successfully shifting into your dr!
